AustriaCapo Perla Apartmens are absolutely amazing, very spacious, cosy, and the view form there is a dream. The kitchen had everything you can wish for including a coffee mashine, there was a washing mashine for use as well. Also our dogs were welcomed and the parking possibilty was spacious even for a huge car.
The check in and check out was easy and flexible, communication great.
We felt very welcomed :)

Beautiful hilltop village.
Beautiful hilltop village. Lovely restaurants and bars nearby and some cater for gluten free options. Probably would hire a car next time but the bus service around the island is very reliable. Need to go to Portoferrio first for most destinations.

We had a satisfying week at the Albatros holiday apartment in late October. The peaceful atmosphere in Morcone was enjoyable, even though no restaurants or shops were open there anymore; we could always drive to Capoliveri. The apartment had a great view and all the amenities we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen. Being just steps away from the beach was convenient, and we could even hear the waves in the bedroom at night. The receptionist was helpful and responsive, making our time in Morcone extremely enjoyable.

A great place to spend your holiday on Elba. Silence, peace and isolation. Within half an hour you can reach the best beaches on the island. There are also several super beaches in the immediate vicinity. The towns of Portoferraio, Porto Azuro, Rio Marina in close proximity. From here you will quickly get to Cabinova, from where you will climb the highest peak, Copa Capanne . You will experience the spirit of Italy in the nightlife of Capoliveri. And most importantly, a very nice and helpful owner.

Brilliant location, amazing views and so handy to everything in Capoliveri. Restaurants on your doorstep. The apartment was clean and tidy with basic kitchen essentials. A big bonus was the parking space, although not right outside the apartment, parking space is very hard to come by in the peak season, so it was appreciated.

Quiet location. Clean comfortable apartment for 2 people with a nice terrace. Fridge/freezer and plenty of plates etc.
Easy walk to a couple of beaches in lido di Capoliveri and a couple of restaurants within walking distance.
