Quaint little traditional Tuscan hotel. Great location in the centre of Borgo San Lorenzo, a short walk from the station. (40 minutes to Florence on the fast train). Hotel was clean, comfortable, quiet & the staff were very helpful. Good water pressure in the bathrooms. Air conditioner conditioning worked well (& was quiet). Breakfast was in the neighbouring cafe but this was not a problem. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Traditional accomodation with modern facilities making our stay very comfortable. Staff were excellent and very helpful. A superb bonus restaurant downstairs which we took good advantage of. This was made really easy by the hosts who had bus tickets we could buy from them, and when I'd finished for the day in Florence could relax around the pool back at Casa Palmira. I'd definitely stay here again.

Hotel La Rosa is located in a charming little town in the amazing countryside of Mugello, at the foot of the Appennini. The building is beautiful and kept in the best possible way. The owner is real gentleman, very helpful and very welcoming. We had a lovely and relaxing stay. We would definitely go back.

Amazing countryside vacation with horses, lambs, countless lavendel and rosemary fields and olive trees. Nice scienery with wild deers and wild boars in the morning. Modest, modern and really clean interiour. Love our vacay in there. Truely authentic and simple luxury in the nature.
