had the absolute pleasure of spending a night at La Vigne de Sarah, and it was an experience I will truly remember. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality that immediately made me feel at home.
The property itself is stunning—surrounded by peaceful vineyards, with views that seem to stretch endlessly. The rooms are beautifully kept, combining charm and comfort in the best way. Every detail feels thoughtfully chosen, from the cozy décor to the immaculate cleanliness.
What really stood out, though, was the atmosphere. It’s serene and relaxing, the kind of place where you instantly feel like you can unwind and slow down. Waking up in the morning to the quiet of the countryside and enjoying a fresh, delicious breakfast was the perfect start to the day.
Sarah is a wonderful host—attentive, kind, and full of local knowledge. She made sure everything about my stay was perfect, and her passion for the place truly shines through.

We had a fantastic time at Delia's place. Right when we walked in, the vibe was super welcoming, with cool decor everywhere. It felt like home straight away. Delia nailed it by making the place look amazing and super comfy to hang out in.
The room was impeccably clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the food was amazing.
Chatting with Delia was a breeze. She was always there when we had questions or needed a hand with anything.
Delia's place is the ideal mix of comfy, stylish, and convenient.
If you are looking for a warm and welcoming atmosphere, a great breakfast, and a truly personalized experience, this is the place to go. The owners and staff clearly take great pride in their work, and it shows in every aspect of your stay. We're totally recommending it to everyone.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff at the reception was very pleasant, friendly, and helpful from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety and very good quality. The restaurant staff was also very kind and attentive, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Overall, everything was comfortable and well organized, and we had a very pleasant experience. We would be happy to stay here again.

Wonderful stay at Garden Relais Hotel near Bassano del Grappa. The place is beautiful, peaceful and surrounded by amazing scenery. The hosts and staff were extremely kind, welcoming and always ready to help. We especially loved the pool and relaxing atmosphere. Everything was clean, well maintained and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended – we would gladly come back again!

Very good location, next to Cantina hill. After a short climb you can enjoy a spectacular sunset view!
If you don't feel like climbing, the view from the room is worth every cent you pay for staying there!
The staff is very friendy and we got a lot of great recomendations for trecking, vineries and restaurants.
Highly recomend and would come back again!

We liked everything, so many things to do and so clean. The villa is exceptional with a sense of some previous time, yet all clean and without lacking anything. The rooms were so spacious and reception desk staff was amazing.

The location was absolutely stunning. From the terras you have an amazing view of the valley. The restaurant, terras and pool all share this amazing view. Breakfast was fine and the restaurant for diner too.

A great city, very clean and quiet. Friendly people (although, as in all Italy, they don't speak much English!)
Very good food with honest prices!
Everything at walking distance and of course great choice if you want to visit Venice without having to pay much more. a quick train trip (20') and very cheap (8,5€) both ways.

We actually stayed in a small town "down the road" from Valdobbiadine proper. We like the small town atmosphere and shy away from big, fancy hotels in favor of B&Bs. Vineyards and chestnut trees could be seen from our windows. Trips to wineries for tasting facilitated by our hosts who were so gracious and helped us feel we were part of a real Italian experience.
Best restaurant we ate at was Al Caminetto in Fovia, 5 minutes from Combai where we were staying. Great wine tasting experience at Nani Rizzi & Ruggeri wineries. We missed the chestnut festival which takes place in early October but hope to remedy that on our next trip!

A big surprise , it had a lot of history and was very attractive. The rail service was very good and made Venice , Treviso and Verona accessible.
Everywhere was very clean and there was no litter.

We only stayed overnight in Conegliano.
We only stayed overnight in Conegliano. It was just part of our cycling trip, a quick change from the hills we had come from to the endless plains lined with vineyards. A nice end to the trip before returning home and a great railway hub if you are travelling to Slovenia.
By the recommendation of the owner of our accommodation, we visited the pizzeria "Saraceno" and were very satisfied with the service.

This quaint little village is so beautifully fabulous! Excellent accommodations, relaxed atmosphere, great food, great wine and friendly people. I would love to live there.
If you are not traveling by car please take the train to Conegliano and a taxi from the train station. We took 2 buses and it was a hassle to get where we needed to go.
If you're on a budget go to Borgo Casa Marion hostel. It was superb.

Close enough to do day trips to Venice, nearby wineyard villages, Jesolo beaches, etc. all within reach under an hour.
The family-run restaurant “L’Incontro” in Treviso’s old town. A fantastic local experience, still run by the pleasant owner and his family for over 50 years. Some of the greatest food in Italy!

A bit of a mixed area.
A bit of a mixed area. The town looks a little run down in places, but there are plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants here. There are lots of options for parking too.
We found a nice cafe, just opposite the main square and visited here on 3 occasions during our stay. Prices were relatively cheap for lunchtime snacks/meals and drinks. The premises was clean and it had a nice seating area outside. Staff were really helpful and friendly.
We had an evening meal at V restaurant (situated in Hotel Diane), which was great. Prices were reasonable, service was fantastic and location was nice. We sat outside and couldn't have asked for more.
We used the local supermarket, Conard, which had a huge variety of products and everything for your day to day needs. There was also a Lidl here, but we didn't go there on this occasion.
There were also a good selection of what looked to be very nice pizzerias and wine bars, in addition to some nice homeware shops and prosecco/wine shops.
The church on the square is definitely worth a visit, too.
We would definitely return, as there was nothing to really dislike about the area.

The mountains, the vineyards, the surrounding beauty of the countryside all around was spectacular! A must is to tour the via del Proseco - the cafes and small restaurants along the way were amazing - the menu's were all unique and did not disappoint with local specialties. We took the train from Venice to Vittorio Veneto - took less than an hour. Twelve Euros for the ticket. The train was very comfortable, clean and FAST! There is a bus route that you can take through Vittorio Veneto. A must is to visit the 'old' ancient section of the city (of note is the importance of the historical significance of Vittorio Veneto during WWI) and then to the newer, modern areas surrounded by vineyards.

Conegliano is a great place to stay for a real experience of the Veneto. A short walk gives you a great feel for the old town, and a climb to the castle gives you great views of the Prosecco hills. There is a great Friday street market, also a lovely butchers in the main street. About a 15-minute walk takes you the the wine-making school, where you can pick up a bottle or two of their excellent Prosecco Superiore Brut, and also some tasty local red and white wines.
Very easy train ride to Venice, you could also change at Venezia Maestre for Verona and Padova. A perfect base for exploring the Veneto!
