Their customer service was impeccable, something I have been quite disappointed with in Jamaica on a whole. It was a breath of fresh air to have staff so genuinely friendly. After the first night we changed rooms because the first one had no window to the outside - into the corridor. New room was great - view of the ocean. In the room microwave oven, refrigerator, kettle. Very comfortable and large bed - great!!!
