The private Onsen as well as the public Onsen was amazing. It even provided free ice cream and drinks at the Onsen pantry. I got the chance to enjoy the ice cream while looking out of the window watching snow falling.

Everything was nice especially the food. We paid extra for dinner buffet and it was worth it. The view from our bedroom overlooking the mountains was perfect. Definitely will visit again in the future.

That’s a good place for solo travelers

Twin room was of good size, could open my ski bag & two luggages! Location is a short 10 min uphill stroll to Kitanomine ski slopes. Public bath was both indoor & outdoor. Breakfast was a good spread though repetitive, basically some dishes rotated on daily basis. Their lounge / dining area is comfortable where our group hung out each evening after skiing & dinner. They provided free snacks & drinks every late afternoon till 9pm, this is a nice touch. Parking available onsite.

Very friendly, english speaking Staff About a 500 m walk to the gondolaststiob (they also offer a bus). Public Bath in the Hotel. Good breakfastbuffet wirh a lot of diffrent options, western and japanese

First of all I got to give my comliments to the amazing staff of Burlap!! Adrian, Clara and Ayana san, thank you guys so much for being helpful, caring and so so friendly! This place is very available through Booking massages. I wasn't sure about the hour of my arrival to Furano by train and so I didn't know at what time I should ask for a shuttle (which they provide on arrival and check out!). So eventually I told Adrian that I'll menage somehow. Then, when I arrived at Furano train station, I saw a message from him telling me it's raining and it's not a problem for them to come and get me. I sent a massage back that I've arrived and right on the spot he told me they'll come to pick me up in 10 minutes. they even arrived in less time. that was amazing! Miss Clara drove me and was very kind during my staying. Ayana san gave me great recommendations for a day trip nearby. And I had nice conversation with Adrian. Again, thank you guys! The place is very clean and pretty. Each day you'll get a new towels and room cleaning. Great place! I highly recommend!

value for money, room are spacious and view and facilities are good

Great base to explore different ski resorts and small town vibe.

Location was great, easy to find and also had parking. The reception staff were very friendly! Definitely a highlight of the stay. Room was very clean and modern combination of western beds with a tatami living room area. Very well kept and clean. Breakfast was affordable and delicious!

The location and the view ! The nice but a bit crowded onsen. We've got a quiet room! And the confort in winter And at the end a nice japanese breakfast with local products!

Great Japanese style Onsen-Hotel Set in a beating forest nature spot, at the foot of mountain.

Receptionist was quite friendly and even she could speak Korean fluently. The location was a bit seperated but it was good for me. near 1km, there is a big supermarket.

Staff were helpful and pleasant.
