Loved the kimono robe that you could wear around the hotel and to breakfast.. The onsens were great especially the outdoor private one that overlooked the water. . The free shuttle service was perfect for getting you to the ferry for Miyajima.and the train station. Staff were fantastic. Rooms were very clean and a nice size. Loved having the balcony to sit out on in the evenings.

First it’s new year eve night that we planned to stay here. We’re worried about the shuttle bus which available until 18.00. But the hotel gave us special service shuttle bus for the new year eve night to go to the jinja from 11.30-2.00. Thank you very much. All the staffs are very polite, helpful and very warm welcome. Wonderful rooms. Comfortable and clean. A lovely terrace to have drinks and look towards the famous gate. Staff were very helpful and exceptionally polite.
