Location was excellent, very handy to the ferry. Room was larger than most we have stayed in in Japan so far. Breakfast was great. Restaurant on the second floor was also excellent - great meals and push button service. Can definitely recommend the oyster meal set!

View out the window to Miyajima was gorgeous. Loved the room with both beds and a futon tatami area. Breakfast was great. Heaps of options, fresh and yummy! Onsen was lovely! Shuttle bus from the station was great and timetabling of it was great for us to get in and out of town.

Beautiful rooms, friendly staff and the facilities were very clean. The breakfast and dinner were also excellent. Location is very close to the temple and to the ropeway.

One highlight worth mentioning is the private onsen experience, which can be reserved for a 30-minute session — a thoughtful addition that enhances the overall stay. The location itself becomes especially charming in the evening, when Miyajima quiets down after the day visitors leave. Finally, the transfer service was efficient and seamless, making arrival and departure notably easy.
