Everything!!! A beautiful location with an extraordinary hotel.

Spacious room, liked the massage chair, nice views of the forest. We saw deers and raccoon dogs from the hotel. The only thing to be aware of is that there are no bathrooms attached to the rooms, showering is reserved to the onsen, toilet and sink are in the room.

The owner is super friendly. I had a good experience here.

Wonderful Experience in a Peaceful, Nature-Connected Atmosphere We stayed at the hotel for three nights and the experience was delightful. Our room was spacious and featured a stunning panoramic view of the lake, creating a serene atmosphere and genuine connection to the surrounding nature. The beds were very comfortable and contributed to a quality sleep. The breakfast was rich and varied, with both Japanese and Western options - each of us found exactly what suited our taste. The quality of the food was high and the selection was extensive. While the hotel's style is somewhat dated, that's actually part of its charm. Most importantly - everything is maintained to an excellent standard and feels clean and well-kept. The staff was simply wonderful - attentive, considerate, and always ready to help with a smile. We would definitely return and highly recommend!

The food was well prepared and very good value for money. The shuttle service to pick us up from the station and take us to surrounding areas (within a 30 minute radius by car) was extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly and cooperative.

A lovely hotel with exceptional staff. The meals, French with a Japanese twist, were perfect and absolutely delicious!

You can see the South Alps from your room, and the view is gorgeous. There is a table and two chairs in the room, and it is quite spacious compared with typical hotel rooms in Japan. So after buying dinner from the supermarket, we can comfortably enjoy our meal in the room. MUJI and a large supermarket are located right next to the hotel, and the staff are extremely friendly. Kamisuwa is just one station away from Chino, so it’s very convenient to visit both places while staying in Chino.

It was quite close to Chino Station, only a 6-minute walk. The windows can be opened widely.

The surrounding area was lovely. Green and peaceful.

I just stay for 2 nights; I don't use extra service. Bed or futon is clean. The weather was very cold but inside is warm. There is ONSEN pool at 1st floor, it was very nice. 2nd floor there is microwave, coin washing machines for longer stay.

The facility was old but everything is clean and comfortable. The staff was super helpful, he helped booking taxi for the next day.

The staff were very nice! Gave us a bag of free Nagano apples (which were amazing) and also a free ride back to the train station on the morning we left. The room was spacious and clean and nice and quiet. Very welcoming and comfortable stay

It was a perfect place to escape from the noisy city, get relaxed, just take a look around. Greal location facing the lake, very quiet and comfortable. It was extremely clean even for Japan. The owners were very friendly and helpful. There are a lot of places of interest around and different hot springs. Great value for money.

The apartment was very well equipped, it was comfortable and cosy. The view was really beautiful.
