The hotel is very clean. Is a family friendly hotel. Opposite is family mart. Behind the hotel is the JR train station. Is very easy to find food as many eateries within walking distance. Some of the reception officer can speaks good English. Thumbs up to this hotel. Highly recommend.

I had originally booked the wrong hotel dates, but after speaking with the front desk staff, she was very proactive and kind in helping me resolve the issue. I really appreciate her assistance. The room was very clean, and the view from the window directly overlooked Yonago Station, which was beautiful.

It has plenty of great amenities and it is perfectly located near Tottori Station, which is the one place to get anywhere in Tottori.

The staff and lobby were both warm and inviting. The hot spring bath is amazing, especially when it's been snowing outside.

Hotel was only a 5 minute walk from the train station and car rental places. Close to shopping areas so there was plenty of places close by to get something to eat. Rooms were large and clean. Beds were comfortable and there was space to put suitcases so they were out of your way. Can not use the hotel public baths if you have tattoos.

The overall service is better than I have expected. The dinner and breakfast is remakable, served with well displayed local food. Especially enjoy the free flow wine, beer and local sake, a lot of choices. The fruit and vegetable is really fresh and tates well for both meal. I have enjoyed the view from my room and the sky lounge. I also appreciate the drinks and snacks served at the lounge and the relax room next to onsen. The onsen bath is spacious and relaxing. Last but not least, a short walk to 大成池, beautiful and tranquil spot. Good for enjoying the night star.
