Beautiful 5 star hotel ambience with even more beautiful staff! Extremely professional and pleasant from each department. From the management, front desk/reception, security, housekeeping, both restaurant staff; each encounter was always a prompt and efficient. My family cannot thank the Dusit Princess Hotel team enough for making our stay exceptional we had extend our stay! I had a nice, quiet, and restful stay at Hillpark Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel staff were pleasant and welcoming, always ready with a smile and waiting to help in whatever way they could. I was also happy to find that the wifi was working great. My only regret was that I couldn't stay longer, so I missed out on enjoying facilities like the swimming pool and the sauna, both of which looked great. I'll definitely be back to sample both.

Beautiful property in Nairobi… a mix between safari and farm vibes. It was a great transition after a few days in the Maasai Mara. Comfortable rooms (I stayed in the tented villa), lush gardens, views into the National Park, Great food and activities (game drives, sip and paint, cow milking, etc…).

Nice hotel, good location as you can easily move around the city, and it’s in a secure environment too, the staff here are welcoming, breakfast was good, room is as seen on booking.com. Overall, my stay was good and will definitely be using them again if I come back to this city.. good value for money 👍

Safety is the best of Karen.

Safety is the best of Karen. It's quiet, a lot of nature, sidewalks (so good for walking/running). Waterfront mall has everything you need, CJ's restaurant are high quality. Same with Naivas markets. It might be hard to get public transport, but Uber-Bolt are in 1000s. Giraffe center and Waterfront amusement are great places to visit. The Legend restaurant is more than amazing too.

Vibrant city, with great restaurants and cafe. I like staying in Westlands for convenience and use of expressway- just 20 minutes to the airport, 30 minutes to Karen and less than 10 minutes to city centre.

Really unsafe place, the whole Kenya in general.

Really unsafe place, the whole Kenya in general. People are not welcome with tourist at all. They care only to take money without even providing the necessary. For what they are providing the prices are selling is extremely high. Food and water from wherever we ate during 14 days caused us illness. Kenya worth it only for safari 3-4 days are enough to leave the country with good impression. Pick up and drop off from the airport and straight to safari.
