Don’t get me wrong judge you is very beautiful but just know everything closes at 8 o’clock and when I say everything I mean everything it’s literally so dark. You would think it would be 11 o’clock at night so make sure you do everything at 8 o’clock in the morning and if you have a car the better we did cause I couldn’t imagine going around on a bus or taxi and even though it says it closes at five. They take last orders an hour before they close so remember that.

Has scenic coastal walks, like Seongsan Ilchulbong, Seopjikoji, Hinonji Pond, Olle Trail #1 and #2, good seafood restaurants. Seongsanbadapyungkeong seafood restaurant has very good hairtail fish. Enjoyed Baekki Haenyeoui Rib's abalone porridge and sea urchin/seaweed noodle soup.

A compact beauty in the far east - diverse geographical features- beautiful shore lines, interesting & pretty flora across the island, many walking trails, volcanic rocks & cliffs, waterfalls & lots more. It is a seafood galore- fresh seafood in abundance & black pork. Fresh fruits - tangerines are delicious & the strawberries are juicy. It is very child friendly too offering teddy bear museum, snoopy museum & other activities. For the k-drama fans, it would be an absolute charm visiting filming sites. It has something for everyone - the young & old, the adventurous & the sedentary, the Korean culinary enthusiasts.

Lots to see and 2 days was not enough.

Lots to see and 2 days was not enough. Driving is slower than you expect so you need to factor that in to your plans. We visited all the waterfalls and Osulloc Tea Museum and Camellia Hill but needed more time for Seopwipo city and sights to the east.

It is full of nature outside the city.

It is full of nature outside the city. Small population of about 670,000 so there is no crowds of people. The island has much to offer. We had not explored Seogwipo which some people we met in Jeju said it was a place they would go again. (Seogwipo). Depending on what each person likes, we wold go more for the nature and sights, food and culture.
