People cannot visit the castle but there are two expositions...
People cannot visit the castle but there are two expositions: one about Second World War (not my favorite topic) and the other about castles in Luxembourg. This last one is very useful to plan your (next) trip to Luxembourg, since some of those castles are interesting.
The old church is really worth to visit.

Luxemburg is just beautiful and every aspect (infrastructure, houses, shops) has a high quality of living/maintenance.
I enjoy nature there, with the beautiful hills, and people there are always friendly. Additionally, they normally speak French, German and English, so communication is not a problem.

Nestled in the peaceful, rolling countryside of northern Luxembourg, this beautifully restored castle feels like stepping into a fairy tale. The historic building itself is stunning – a perfect blend of old-world charm and modern luxury. Every detail, from the manicured gardens to the elegant architecture, has been lovingly maintained.
The surroundings are serene and picturesque, offering a quiet escape from the rush of daily life. Whether you’re sipping a glass of wine in the courtyard or exploring the nearby nature trails, there’s a sense of calm and beauty that lingers with you.
Our room was immaculately clean, and tastefully decorated with just the right touch of luxury. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom spotless and stylish, and every amenity we could need was thoughtfully provided.

This is great if you're looking for something at the end of the Vennbahn trail - it's 4 km from the end over a hill but worth it. Very accommodating of bicycle (storage and charging).

Cute city, seems that they offer some form of horse riding.
Cute city, seems that they offer some form of horse riding. There are some hiking paths in the area but I was heading towards Hocheid for the Eislek trails there.
Going by public transport you have to keep in mind there are limited buses.
Very quiet area and beautiful views. Have to do some research what there is to do for a future visit.

A nice little town, easily accessed by train from Luxembourg Ville, as well as Belgium.
The town is nestled amongst lovely natural scenery - based in the valley walking up to the top of one of the hills gives a lovely change of view to either forest or grass lands with horizons.
The town had several restaurants and one bakery. All a bit expensive but no more so than in the capital Luxembourg Ville. There is piped music in the pedestrian street which is odd. Other than that it's a lovely tranquil place.

It was overall a good experience at your hotel.
It was overall a good experience at your hotel. Maybe it is more romantic in the winter because we had bad luck with the weather, it was rainy and colder than it normal is for the month of May. I liked the idea behind the hotel to make it like a luxurious castle and then with SPA and modern facilities. It was very crowdy which I didn't expect for end of May. The inside isolation was not good but outside isolation was perfect. The room was very warm even without turning on the air-con. But once more, please, think about on adding some small details for people who bring their first night like married couple. A small card should have been more personal!

The rooms are pleasant also. The surroundings are very nice and very relaxing. Everything is ok but it would be nice to have a bit more place in the bathroom to put our things.

Spacious room, very good beds. No airco so it turns rather hot in the room. Difficult to find the hotel in the dark by car because the entrance isn't on the street side but in a pedestrian area. You have to park your car on a parking lot and move further by feet.
