All went well. I needed a room without carpet and they provided one. It is excellent service even at budget price.

Easy check in and check out, bar open late and serving food, helpful and easy to access even as I did by foot from the airport. Bed super comfy. Slept ok.

Great place with clean rooms and friendly staff. Really appreciate the restaurant staff to help me microwave some leftovers! Bus 7 and 27 are right outside the hotel but they're so infrequent that it's much easier to just walk a few minutes to other bus stops. You can also walk to the center of the city in 15-20 minutes.

Hotel team did excellent service starting from Front desk in welcoming to the room service team who kept the room so clean and tidy. Value for money. My son was so impressed, he kept a not to room service team appreciating their efforts

It was so close to center! you can just walk in 5 min! The personal was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. They put also a small gift for my little baby nephew on his bed, which was very nice gesture! Such a lovely stay! And the view was also so beautiful up there!

Everything felt exceptional, warm lighting, a well-stocked minibar, an elegant and calming atmosphere, and reliable high-speed internet. The concierge even arranged a last-minute dinner reservation. This hotel made our trip truly unforgettable.

The room was very nice and comfortable, the staff was very helpful and friendly, and the location was great for exploring the areas of interest to me. It was close enough to the train station, too, that I could walk it easily in around 20 minutes. I would definitely stay here again.

The location is ideal, the service is highly professional, and the facilities are excellent.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Even though we were late for breakfast that day, they put some stuff back for us to have a meal since we have just arrived on an early morning flight and were really hungry
