Very good value for money. The parking lot is included for free (incl. disabled parking in front of the main entrance). There is a free airport shuttle bus and it is in walking distance from the tram, which is for free in Luxembourg. We received a disabled friendly room on request, without any hesitation.

Everything was nice, a big thanks to Mr. Alain, he is such a gentlemen, he really helped us during our stay, he guide us about nearby area, public transport, print our document., even other staff on reception is very nice and helpful.

Easy access and easy to find.

The hotel location is not in city centre, in kore like an industrial/office zone, but it was easy to get to to city center- 20mins by tram or buses, free of charge. Hotel staff were very welcoming especially at the restaurant. Breakfast was varied - eggs, breads and croissants, cereals, fruit, cheeses, hamon and bacon and a few other choices. Our room 212 - was soundproof windows and we didn’t hear a thing from outside. Great shower and perfect working AC. If we are in Luxembourg again, we would return to this same hotel.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. All their attitudes were positive and helpful. We bought some things from the Christmas markets and they helped us have these items posted home.

Best view from the room (we have one of suites). The room was clean and well furnished. We do enjoy the kitchen and living room. The location is perfect for calm city walks.

I stayed for one night. The room and bed were perfect. Transportation to the center and the train station was very convenient. Thank you for the complimentary breakfast. I prefer a light breakfast, so a fresh croissant with cappuccino was wonderful. Thank you.

Reception stuff were friendly and kind (Nina and Christopher)😊 Very well located, there are public transport stops very close by, and a shopping center is a 3-minute walk away.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Even though we were late for breakfast that day, they put some stuff back for us to have a meal since we have just arrived on an early morning flight and were really hungry

We stayed here for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly lovely, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. They even helped us plan part of our trip, which we really appreciated. The room was clean, fresh, and comfortable, and the location was excellent. The breakfast selection was not huge, but everything was fresh, tasty, and there was more than enough choice for us. We noticed some reviews mentioning a lack of options, but we personally found the selection perfectly adequate and enjoyed it very much. Overall, the combination of the great location, clean rooms, excellent breakfast, and especially the wonderful staff made for a very enjoyable stay. Considering the price, everything was really good and more than enough for what we needed, offering excellent value for money. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to others visiting Luxembourg.

Room was nice, clean. We didn't use breakfast service. Location was great, hotel was 2 min away from central train station and 7-10 min walking distance from center of the town.

Great hotel,We had an upgrade room, with a very comfortable bed and all we needed for our 3 days. Nice town, we also enjoyed the restaurant.

Perfect hotel, very modern and amazing window view

Amazing location. Tram station nearby, easy parking. Very friendly staff. Very comfortable and cosy room, clean bathroom facilities. Very tasty breakfast with variety of choices. There are many cute local souvenirs at reception area. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas.

Review of thurs 28.12.23: Room 502 Hotel Grey Luxembourg. Quant hotel open 24 hours. Right across from the main train station. The room was modern with a safe, tea and coffee facilities, fridge, and built-in wall radio Rooms with modern decor and quiet. The bathroom was nice with a big shower. The reception staff Sabir was very helpful. Free Wi-Fi is available. We did not have breakfast. Thank you very much in the Luxembourg language: French: Merci

Clean, moder , big room, water on the floor. Very helpful receptionist.

Location, cleanliness, breakfast, amenities, comfortable bed and pillows, nice staff. The room is small but it's very clean and comfortable. A little noisy with open windows.
