The property was beautiful, luxurious, and an amazing value. It was our splurge hotel because we are usually pretty cheap, but the price was still very reasonable, and we have never stayed in such an amazing suite! We had a two bedroom suite - one was obviously set up for children with a nice twin bed and a crib in it, and the other one had a larger bed for a couple. There were fresh flowers everywhere, great amenities, and it looked like the other spa services would be quite amazing too, and very affordable. The staff was incredible, particularly Anna, she really made sure our stay was perfect. We did massages in the spa, and they were incredibly relaxing, yet still therapeutic. There is a grocery store about a block away, so you could really make use of the kitchen set up in the room if you wanted to save money. We went to the beach on the way out of town, and I highly recommend it - a beautiful area, fine sand beach with fun pebbles as well, and a TON of interesting things for kids of all ages to play on. The beach is rated excellent for swimming in Latvia’s standard rating system.
