Everything was excellent. It's a beautifully renovated riad, great location in the heart of the lively Medina, while it's quiet inside. Great water pressure, clean room. Amazing view from the rooftop terrace. I felt welcomed and cared for, the family running the riad are super helpful. Shukran!

This is one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed in my life. Our huge room was beautifully decorated with Moroccan carpets and furniture beneath double-height ceilings. The service from Mustafa and Abou was exceptional, as was the breakfast served in the bright and airy courtyard. The riad is on a quiet alleyway in close walking distance to the main market, away from other tourist accommodations. I would give this place 10 stars if I could.

We couldn’t have had better hosts. So welcoming! This recently restored Riad in the quieter but very interesting Jewish quarter was fully decorated in Moroccan style by local artisans. We were particularly grateful for the airconditioned room and the cool sitting/dining area. Our hosts catered to all our food preferences and gave us all the information and practical help we needed to make the most of our stay in Fes.

This property I stayed two nights 14-16 Oct It is very clean the rooms are big my bed was king size. There is a balcony with views towards the town and views of the pool The pool is big and very clean and surrounded by grass and trees and very well kept My room greeted me with bottles of water and a plate of fancy biscuits which was a nice touch The staff are attentive and helpful . The manager is welcoming. Food is presented very well and many choices for both breakfast and evening meal The terrasses are perfect fir a pre dinner drink Apparently This hotel is one of very few to have a swimming pool in fez and this pool is large well there’s two pools actually All in all a very pristine outside and very clean rooms

Breakfast was exceptional and it felt more like being treated in a Michelin Star Restaurant. Very much impressed with the quality of food and presentation. The entire Riad is exceptionally beautiful with emphasis on privacy and never felt being in a hotel. Got upgraded to Calife Suite with private patio. No doubt, the best place to stay in the entire Medina of Fes !!! Rooftop bar was definitely a treat.

Super stressful , a holiday should be relaxing and inspiring, but Fez and the Medina were the opposite of what you’d expect from a cultural, relaxing break. There was constant begging and hassling, even at the train station, where they were openly mocking you. I’ve been traveling around the world for the last 50 years, and I can easily say Fez was the worst. I was so stressed during sightseeing in the Medina that, for the first time in my life, I decided to stay in the riad one evening because I couldn’t handle the pressure from the “boys” around.

It can take a couple of days to familiarise yourself with the cultural rhythm of Fes. For travellers who are not especially well‑travelled, or who prefer a little guidance when navigating a new environment, arranging a local tour guide can make a real difference. During my four‑day stay, I was grateful to have booked a tour to the Volubilis Roman Ruins, Moulay Idriss, and Meknes — guide included. It offered context, reassurance, and a welcome sense of orientation amid the intensity of the uniqueness and beauty to behold.

Raid Jnane Fed Medina was wonderful. They made us feel like family. They went above and beyond from beginning to end. We would recommend this Raid to anyone coming to Fes. The were a perfect 10. Exceptional stay!!!
