IrelandThe hotel was amazing , swimming pool and a big private car park just in front of the hotel for safe parking which was great for parking my motorcycle and I could leave the luggage on it ,, the staff was the best ever he even took the time to order me take away from down town and had it delivered to the hotel for me ( had a long day on the motorcycle and didn’t fancy riding into town for food ) he couldn’t do enough, it’s an amazing hotel and everything you’ll ever need 👌👌

This riad is so full of history, character and atmosphere. The 4 very generous ground floor bedrooms are accessed from the central courtyard / eating area. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. We were lucky enough to be able to eat there one evening and it was one of the best meals we had during our 2 week stay in Morocco. We tried unsuccessfuly to buy train tickets online from Meknès to Fes and when we expressed concern about not succeeding (it was a busy week with schools children on holiday), the manager Issam offered to go down to the train station himself to buy them for us, although it proved anything but straight forward even for him. Great location with easy access to the Mausoleum, Royal Palace area and Medina

We had a nice stay overall. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities we needed. It’s conveniently located near minimarkets, which was great for quick purchases. A particularly nice touch was the presence of a sandbox/play area for kids—it made it easier to relax while the little ones had fun.
The property has good features like a dual shower and dryer, although the bathroom space was a bit tight. There were also a few ants near the entrance, which could be improved.
Still, the positives outweighed the small issues, and we appreciated the thoughtful family-friendly setup. Would recommend for families looking for a practical and comfortable stay.

location was daunting to someone with visual impairment - I should have booked more carefully
seniors or any one with mobility problems would also appreciate more clarity as to the present of stairs or steep inclines
each booking .com site should make it clear if there are any stairs to cope with either inside or out...can be frightening
to encounter steepness or no elevators...I pour over the photos trying to see if there are stairs ... would be so helpful if it was clarified ... to front doors , streets, upper floors, or bilevel units - railings can be helpful but don't completely solve the safety issues.

The riad was in general absolutely amazing. The people working there were great, so helpful and always made sure that everything is perfectly fine. The breakfast was the best we had during the whole vacation and they came up with different things every morning. When you order tea you always get a plate with sweets in addition. We wold definitely go there again, was the favourite Riad we had in Marokko.

Super nice and comfortable room, great breakfast. Very nice view from the terrace and the staff was very nice and helpful.
During our stays in other riads sometimes there was issue about smell from the bathroom but in this riad they managed to block this very well and we didn't have any issue.

Very nice moroccan style room with big terrace and incredibile view facing Meknes . There is a roof top bar on top of the room with nice music , but it stopped before we went to sleep . We had amazing dinner and breakfast.

An underrated jewel.
An underrated jewel. People often skip Meknes in favour of Fez but i found it more authentic with far less hustle. The people are simply unfailingly helpful and charming. And there are many sights to see, including Volubilis which is mind-blowing

Meknes is more traditional & laid back than Fes.
Meknes is more traditional & laid back than Fes. The business people are less aggressive in trying to sell you something & it was easy to navigate around the city. Plenty of interesting architecture, Médina gates and nice places to eat.

Interesting medina, market and main square. Short (free) visit to mausoleum is main event, otherwise not a lot to do. Probably 1 day/night is sufficient. Use as a base for half day visit to Volubolis. Limited decent restaurants , most are in Riads. A restaurant with a terrace with nice views exists on inside of gateway near main gate
