My partner and I enjoyed a brilliant stay at CR at the beginning of the month. From start to finish we were looked after with great attention to detail - our transfer from Meknès was arranged with no fuss and we enjoyed a tour of the hotel and wine cellar with Mahdi - who was very informative and helpful with all my questions. Mahdi also arranged a wine tasting for us on the terrace which was superb. We loved the wine and I particularly enjoyed the new CR Gin. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the team, led by Jawad, who made sure we had everything we needed. The venue is beyond beautiful and very peaceful and our room was decorated wonderfully (especially the wine barrel bath!). I would highly recommend this hotel and the whole wine experience.

This riad is so full of history, character and atmosphere. The 4 very generous ground floor bedrooms are accessed from the central courtyard / eating area. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. We were lucky enough to be able to eat there one evening and it was one of the best meals we had during our 2 week stay in Morocco. We tried unsuccessfuly to buy train tickets online from Meknès to Fes and when we expressed concern about not succeeding (it was a busy week with schools children on holiday), the manager Issam offered to go down to the train station himself to buy them for us, although it proved anything but straight forward even for him. Great location with easy access to the Mausoleum, Royal Palace area and Medina

location was daunting to someone with visual impairment - I should have booked more carefully seniors or any one with mobility problems would also appreciate more clarity as to the present of stairs or steep inclines each booking .com site should make it clear if there are any stairs to cope with either inside or out...can be frightening to encounter steepness or no elevators...I pour over the photos trying to see if there are stairs ... would be so helpful if it was clarified ... to front doors , streets, upper floors, or bilevel units - railings can be helpful but don't completely solve the safety issues.

We were very happy with our stay here! The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable - excellent value for money!! The property is traditional and intricately decorated, keeping the original features whilst incorporating all the mod cons needed. The staff were all very friendly and helpful - all spoke excellent French and some spoke excellent English too! Breakfast was fresh and simple - the bread is made on site daily and the tropical smoothie was delicious!

Very nice moroccan style room with big terrace and incredibile view facing Meknes . There is a roof top bar on top of the room with nice music , but it stopped before we went to sleep . We had amazing dinner and breakfast.
