A la carte dinner is clearly a high-end experience with correspondent pricing. The rooms are gorgeous, very spacious and overlook the pool area and the immensity of the vineyards, close to which you can have an unforgettable breakfast. On the left side of the building you'll find a biologic garden where some of the products used in the kitchen are grown. The tour of the winery is of great interest if you want to know more about wine production, especially on the scale of Les Celliers de Meknes. An absolutely dream-like experience if you're looking for some place to relax and enjoy a beautiful location, gourmet cuisine and good wine in the middle of the Moroccan countryside.

IrelandThe hotel was amazing , swimming pool and a big private car park just in front of the hotel for safe parking which was great for parking my motorcycle and I could leave the luggage on it ,, the staff was the best ever he even took the time to order me take away from down town and had it delivered to the hotel for me ( had a long day on the motorcycle and didn’t fancy riding into town for food ) he couldn’t do enough, it’s an amazing hotel and everything you’ll ever need 👌👌

We had a nice stay overall. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities we needed. It’s conveniently located near minimarkets, which was great for quick purchases. A particularly nice touch was the presence of a sandbox/play area for kids—it made it easier to relax while the little ones had fun.
The property has good features like a dual shower and dryer, although the bathroom space was a bit tight. There were also a few ants near the entrance, which could be improved.
Still, the positives outweighed the small issues, and we appreciated the thoughtful family-friendly setup. Would recommend for families looking for a practical and comfortable stay.

Most amazing building we stayed at during our two weeks in Morocco. It's clear it belonged to a very rich family and the owner kept all of its beauty intact. It's main space is a beautifully decorated "living room" that you can see on the picture. Each room has a name of a city in Morocco and has accents from given city. The room we got was the "leader" room that was up to modern standards. This place could could be part of guided tours to show off morrocan architecture while Meknes is in renovation ;)

From the moment we entered, we were warmly welcomed and treated to mint tea.
We decided to go to a winery which we could not contact ourselves. Asmae arranged everything, contacting the winery and arranging the taxi. She was wonderful. We were also well looked after by Achraf who was waiting for us on our return and looked after us at breakfast.
The Riad is located outside the Medina and well placed for visiting. Hopefully we will return on our next trip to Meknes.

Wonderfull experience! Beautiful and comfortable place, very clean, the staff was very helpful starting with our luggage because there is no elevator, and that was a big help for us as a group and ending with our wellbeing! The host of the hotel, Mrs. Karima is a very kind and warm lady who makes sure we have all we need! The Restaurant of the hotel has the best food from Meknes! We enjoy every lunch and dinner!

The building is just so stunning!! Our room was huge and very comfortable. Nice rooftop pool and terrace.
Friendly staff, tasty breakfast, laundry service, location was 10min drive from train station - we loved being tucked away near the palace down a quiet laneway. Great terrace restaurant 1min walk away.

My husband and I spent one night here, and wished we had more time! We felt very welcome and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The riad was very quiet and clean and both dinner and breakfast was authentic and tasty.

An underrated jewel.
An underrated jewel. People often skip Meknes in favour of Fez but i found it more authentic with far less hustle. The people are simply unfailingly helpful and charming. And there are many sights to see, including Volubilis which is mind-blowing

Meknes is more traditional & laid back than Fes.
Meknes is more traditional & laid back than Fes. The business people are less aggressive in trying to sell you something & it was easy to navigate around the city. Plenty of interesting architecture, Médina gates and nice places to eat.

Interesting medina, market and main square. Short (free) visit to mausoleum is main event, otherwise not a lot to do. Probably 1 day/night is sufficient. Use as a base for half day visit to Volubolis. Limited decent restaurants , most are in Riads. A restaurant with a terrace with nice views exists on inside of gateway near main gate
