She handled every request with a smile and made the stay feel personal and memorable. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and well-located, with comfortable rooms and excellent service standards. A beautifully renovated, classy hotel with a modern and stylish interior. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of options including fresh fruit, pastries, freshly baked bread, and healthy “superfood” choices.

When we wanted anything the reception and the workers were very helpful. The breakfast was very tasty and the location is very good, you can literally walk to anywhere you want. Its in the middle of the city. Perfect for anything.

The staff were amazing and very helpful and attentive. Nabil contacted us prior to arrival to make sure we have a smooth check in and arrival experience. They upgraded our room and offered us complimentary drinks. I'd say that service and attention is 10/10

Great hotel and friemdly staff

It’s a new Radisson hotel building in a great location near the center. From there you can easily come back and forth. The room is very clean and you can easily adjust the temperature in the room according to your preference. There is a pool on the top floor. The breakfast was delicious and you find a helpful staff. I had a comfortable stay in this hotel and can highly recommend it.
