We left Andriana Resort with best memories. Everything was great - the room, the restaurant, the pool, the view of boats anchored in the bay. The staff was fantastic. Highly recommended.

Very polite staff. They arrenge my trips to nearby islands and help me where to get sim card. If have any problems they always help me. Staff can speak good english

The hotel lacks any proper access to the beatch. Moreover, it is directly established just beside a busy road which makes is less comfortale for a relaxed stay and deprives the chance of having the benefits for a beach-side hotel. And the all the meals are found to be oil or cheese based which was not ok for a long stay. Other than that, the rooms, staff support, cleanliness and decoration of the hotel were really good.

The staff was the best I have ever known and couldn't do enough for you. They were polite and really happy and friendly. They went out of there way and beyond any requests I made. Even the chef making me or adding to meals something I would like. On my birthday they made the bed so beautiful and made me a dessert free of charge. They was wonderful

Quiet location but very close to bars, restaurant and the beach. Beautiful gardens and helpful reception staff.

The staff, there was a young guy there in particular who is just so welcoming, friendly and each time I stayed there carried my very heavy luggage on his shoulders up to the bungalow. What you get from the price you pay, is far beyond.

The property is huge, the hosts are good.

Lovely quiet location within a couple of minutes walk to the beach. Great welcome and food. The air con was a blessing for our first couple of nights in Maida!

Late check in at 3am without problems.

I really recommend this accomodation! Is directly on the beach, bungalows are cozy and with A/C, bed is comfortable, pool accessible whole day and clean... . With my sister as non-French speakers (just basics, greetings and food) we highly appreciated monsieur Pascal's willingness and readiness to help from organising trips inside Nosy Be (Lemuria Land) and to islands (Nosy Komba, Nosy Iranja...) to help us with communication with taxi and tuk-tuk drivers (direction, cost, ...) and in general to help in any situation. Also rest of the staff in hotel is polite and kind, trying their best to make our stay perfect (and they did manage:) ). Kitchen in hotel is usually supplied with local products (sea food, fishes, local fruit...) which reflects in lunch/dinner menu. If you are like us (more into dine chicken or beef), better to say it in advance or try some local restaurants on beach (Mr. Pascal will definitely recommend you good one). Breakfasts are on the sweet side (baguettes, jam, butter, fruits) with coffee and tea from self-service table.

Convenience to beach and entertainment area.

A family run hotel in the prime spot in Ambatolaka. Close to the beach local bars and shops. A nice clean room and balcony overlooking a lush botanical garden created by Benjamin to show some of the beautiful and exotic plants of madagascar. Benjamin the owner is very kind and likes to spread awareness of madagascara ecology. Tina, the manager, is an absolute star. Her local knowledge is priceless, and she helped me so much with everything from trips to food to what prices are. Everything I needed, she helped every step of the way. Perfect for a lone woman traveller to have this angel helping and supporting!!

The personal was friendly and accommodating. The beach was really close and there was a pool.

Great room, modern, clean, good restaurant and bar

I had changed my travel plans and ended up staying longer at Hôtel Riziky than anticipated. It was the best decision. The Hotel itself sits on a large, partially forested property right next to a charming beach. From this quiet and sublime setting on the bay the centre of Diego Suarez is reached within 10minutes. It is a perfect location to venture out and explore the Northern Tip of Madagascar, with its rich history and incredible natural land-and seascapes. There are a variety of rooms available on the property to suit the specific needs of guests. My room, on the second floor of one of the white rendered brick buildings, was tastefully furnished and beautifully spacious with a large balcony/window overlooking the bay and sky. There’s even hot water, a rarity in my experience. The food was exceptional, prepared with such dedication and attention, tasted great and always presented beautifully. It often including fresh seafood caught on the day. The breakfast plentiful always accompanied with a freshly made exotic juice. The pricing is very reasonable. Hôtel Riziky is relatively new and is, in its village style setting, still being extended. It is the result of a Malagasy family vision, built and run by three wonderful sisters, amidst other members. It is both, their work and life, which shows in the level of care and the guesthouse model they are realising, which is embedded sensitively on their land. They are always helpful, considered and supportive, catering to my and other guests needs. I had the best time and was profoundly touched by the genuine, easeful and welcoming mood and gestures. Can’t wait to return.
