We had a wonderful experience at B Cozumel and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The hotel has a very relaxed, stylish atmosphere that immediately makes you feel on vacation. The views of the ocean are beautiful, and the location is perfect if you’re looking for peace, great snorkeling, and easy access to the sea. The staff deserves special mention — everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. You can really feel that they care about guests and want you to enjoy your time there. Service was always professional but warm, which made a big difference for us. The snorkeling right from the hotel is a huge plus — clear water, plenty of fish, and no need to go far to enjoy the sea. It’s a great spot for both relaxing and exploring Cozumel. Overall, B Cozumel is a great choice if you’re looking for a calm, comfortable, and authentic island experience. We would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Cozumel.

We loved this hotel. Room was so comfortable & the rooftop was beautiful. We were concerned it would be noisy but it was very quiet at night.

We stayed in a few properties in Cozumel and this was by far the best experience we had. This is the sort of hotel where you must splurge a little more and get an ocean front room of any sort because they all overlook a gorgeous expanse of the sea, with beautiful, wide terrace balconies. The “jungle” rooms overlook a road , not a jungle so don’t do that. It’s a small, boutique hotel but trust me this is a far better option than the dated, overpriced and frankly horrid mega hotels on the island. You do not want an all inclusive hotel on this island! Even though B unique doesn’t have a beach per se, the water is absolutely stunning in front of the property and it’s easy to jump in and out. You can go snorkeling right in front of the place. We ended up staying here for 2 nights and then going to explore the yucatan peninsula but came back to Cozumel, stayed at some shit places and then went back to b unique to stay for another 2 nights because it was simply the best experience we had, and so much nicer than Tulum. Rent a car and go and check out the free beaches and little restaurants on the other side of the island for a gorgeous experience ( also playa du sud in the national park is simply amazing ) . Seriously, I am just upset that we didn’t spend 10 days here

There's a pool like shown on the photos. Sunday buffet was reasonably priced at 195 pesos including drinks and all. Hot water and AC worked. Close to OXXO or Soriana

An old-fashioned hotel with design elements reminiscent of the 80s and 90s, but that doesn't detract from the reasonably high quality of the food, the exceptional attention and helpfulness of the staff, or the stunning beach and sea. In fact, the beach and sea here are far superior to many other places you’ll find in Cancun—absolutely incredible. The in-room amenities, such as shampoo and shower gels, could use some improvement, but this was not an issue for us at all. The reasonably sized pool, surrounded by a bar and snack area, and the amazing beach with its aquarium-like sea where you can walk right into the water, make it a fantastic value for the price we paid. This all-inclusive resort doesn’t feel restrictive, which is a major plus. Highly recommended for anyone seeking delicious food, a reasonable price, and a wonderful seaside experience.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The pool is kept very clean and plenty of lounge chairs and a covered table and chair area The staff was very accommodating and professional.. located one street down from the ferry boats and downtown area.

This place is AMAZING!!! The staff, the location all the entertainment, just everything! Rooms were clean, beds were great, the breakfast was really nice, fresh fruits and the chef makes you your own omelett right in front of you! The staff specially were super great, they did everything to make us feel comfortable and welcome! Special thanks to host of the entertainment Jose, who did an AMAZING job of being the best host! It was not that far from the center so its not noisy at nights, also they rent scooters at the hotel if walking is too much for someone :)

We loved the location. That was why we booked in the first place. Also, the ambiance is extremely sweet and cosy and has that feeling of home. It was easy to park and check in and the lady who welcomed us, Jessica, helped us a lot in finding goot spots to snorkel and sunbathe.

Amazing staff. All parts of hotel were crisp and clean and the location made it easy to access everything in town. I would stay here again and again. Front desk staff arranged anything we had a request for, staff kept us spoiled and well prepared for each days adventure. It was quiet in our room, but remember you’re in the city so you will hear the city sounds of cozumel. Enjoy it!

Fantastic building and excellent atmosphere. The shower was hot, the bed comfortable, spotless cleaning, big room with both vent and aircon. The garden with the small swimming pool has a wonderful atmosphere, especially in the evening and the owners even ordered us a hot apple drink which was delicious. Very good position right off the Malecon, very good and perfumed toiletries.

Very comfortable room. Good storage space. Washing line outside to dry your wet swim things. Very effective air con. Pillow was the best ever, I am buying a new pillow when I get home! Kids loved having a dip in the pool. Great ice cream place round one corner and great breakfast round the other corner. We only stayed one night to get a bit more time in Cozumel with our young kids (were had our main holiday in Playa) and it was perfect. Quiet location.

What a wonderful place! Everyone was so kind and welcoming. The location is great with snorkeling at the the end of the street. So close to the ferry. A lovely vibe. Great room and bathroom and places to relax on the verandah. We wished we could have stayed for weeks!

Amazing beach front location perfect for swimming and snorkeling, the penthouse is perfect with the biggest terrace ever and the staff was great and helpful, they let us stay on the beach after check out and were very friendly overall. Everything was really great, also a nice walking distance to town..

Loved the private beach and the really pleasant and friendly wait staff at the bar. Also loved the swim up bar in the pool. Lastly, the dive shop and its proximity to the hotel was fantastic.
