This is a wonderful location with exceptional staff and great food. The beach was perfect, and snorkelling was excellent, with Rays, Barracudas, and a whole host of sea life 10 meters from your lounger. A great beach bar is within a few yards—what's not to like? And it is very private.

Beautiful view and very spacious rooms. Staff were professional and the location is perfect. We loved staying here and were sad to leave! Would definitely visit again in the future.

The room was lovely, very comfortable and clean with an unbeatable sea view. The staff were fantastic, and very prompt with their service. The food options were great, and the spa amenities were also very good. The pool area is the best place to be in the resort, with dolphins swimming past while you sit in the infinity pool.

The hotel is very new and super clean. The receptionist Antonio took very much time to explain us everything about the hotel, the room and gave us tips for the island. The room was very spacious, pretty designed and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was super clean and modern. Shower was perfect. You have a fridge, hair dryer, safe and small balcony. The rooftop with the chillout area and the pool was super nice and you had a great view over the harbor. We will definitely come back to this hotel

Cofortable beds, modern room and shower etc...rooftop pool is amazing with spectacular view - it was very chilled when we were there, not many people which made it perfect.

We stayed in a few properties in Cozumel and this was by far the best experience we had. This is the sort of hotel where you must splurge a little more and get an ocean front room of any sort because they all overlook a gorgeous expanse of the sea, with beautiful, wide terrace balconies. The “jungle” rooms overlook a road , not a jungle so don’t do that. It’s a small, boutique hotel but trust me this is a far better option than the dated, overpriced and frankly horrid mega hotels on the island. You do not want an all inclusive hotel on this island! Even though B unique doesn’t have a beach per se, the water is absolutely stunning in front of the property and it’s easy to jump in and out. You can go snorkeling right in front of the place. We ended up staying here for 2 nights and then going to explore the yucatan peninsula but came back to Cozumel, stayed at some shit places and then went back to b unique to stay for another 2 nights because it was simply the best experience we had, and so much nicer than Tulum. Rent a car and go and check out the free beaches and little restaurants on the other side of the island for a gorgeous experience ( also playa du sud in the national park is simply amazing ) . Seriously, I am just upset that we didn’t spend 10 days here

We had the most amazing time at this hotel! The food was very very good and succeeded all expectations and we really liked that lunch and dinner was varied and all cooked freshly when ordered rather than being a buffet. The staff in the restaurants were also very attentive. The bar staff made the best cocktails too and were also very attentive. The rooms are beautiful and overlook the blue ocean. If we could’ve stayed longer, we would’ve have and would highly recommend this hotel, it was perfect.

An old-fashioned hotel with design elements reminiscent of the 80s and 90s, but that doesn't detract from the reasonably high quality of the food, the exceptional attention and helpfulness of the staff, or the stunning beach and sea. In fact, the beach and sea here are far superior to many other places you’ll find in Cancun—absolutely incredible. The in-room amenities, such as shampoo and shower gels, could use some improvement, but this was not an issue for us at all. The reasonably sized pool, surrounded by a bar and snack area, and the amazing beach with its aquarium-like sea where you can walk right into the water, make it a fantastic value for the price we paid. This all-inclusive resort doesn’t feel restrictive, which is a major plus. Highly recommended for anyone seeking delicious food, a reasonable price, and a wonderful seaside experience.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The pool is kept very clean and plenty of lounge chairs and a covered table and chair area The staff was very accommodating and professional.. located one street down from the ferry boats and downtown area.

This place is AMAZING!!! The staff, the location all the entertainment, just everything! Rooms were clean, beds were great, the breakfast was really nice, fresh fruits and the chef makes you your own omelett right in front of you! The staff specially were super great, they did everything to make us feel comfortable and welcome! Special thanks to host of the entertainment Jose, who did an AMAZING job of being the best host! It was not that far from the center so its not noisy at nights, also they rent scooters at the hotel if walking is too much for someone :)

Our room was very large with a comfy king sized bed. The hotel staff were very nice and happy to help 24/7 with any requests. The pool area was nice and relaxing.

I was so late to arrive because of ferry and due weather. Also easy communication with person for late. This is so amazing because of beautiful naturals, pool, and safe place. We don't reazlied that house is a lot of space room. We love this place and want to go there again.

There's a pool like shown on the photos. Sunday buffet was reasonably priced at 195 pesos including drinks and all. Hot water and AC worked. Close to OXXO or Soriana

The location is 10/10, is very close to everything, so you can walk at night in the center listen music and enjoy the city center easily. The accommodations were very good also. But the best was the staff without a doubt, Angel received us very well, he kept our luggage for the day because we arrive very early and had things to do, very kind! And Manuel was amazing!!! He recommended the best place we ate in town, recommended places to go and helped us to rent a moto so we could go around the island. Without both of them our stay would not be the same, they were super kind and helpful all the time!! :))) I would definitely stay here whenever I came back to Cozumel!

What a wonderful place! Everyone was so kind and welcoming. The location is great with snorkeling at the the end of the street. So close to the ferry. A lovely vibe. Great room and bathroom and places to relax on the verandah. We wished we could have stayed for weeks!

Good location. Quite clean. Nice atmosphere. If you like the vicinity of No Name Bar it's great and for me there was no disturbance. You can hear music day time but that's it.

This hotel has so many things in their favor!!! Their rooms are huge in size, very clean and the bed and pillows so comfortable. The breakfast is abundant, varied and delicious. Their staff was so friendly and always wanting to help. They are located close to many restaurants, downtown, shopping , a supermarket, a movie theater, a pickleball court and a taxi stand. I will come back.
