I read a lot of mixed reviews I was a bit worried about my stay in iStay Monterrey. But our stay was excellent. People complained about rooms cleaning and air conditioning not working. Our room was cleaned every day, with all towels changed daily and air conditioning worked without any problems. Hotel rooms look a little bit old, but they're comfy and clean. We used a swimming pool a couple of times. And used a restaurant.

Check in was easy and pleasant. The bellboy Alejandro was amazing, he was so professional, kind and helpful. He gave us tips about what to do and where to go. He added value to our stay. Breakfast buffet is great, same for the lunch and dinner buffet.Lots of choice and tasty!

Assuming you mean Monterrey, Mexico, here’s a polished overall review you could use: Writing Overall, I had a very positive experience in Monterrey. The city has a great mix of modern infrastructure, culture, good food, and beautiful surroundings. I particularly enjoyed the atmosphere, the views, and the friendliness of the people. The area where I stayed was convenient and felt safe, with the staff always being helpful and welcoming. There are some areas that could be improved, such as cleanliness in certain streets and the availability and cost of parking, but these were relatively minor issues compared to the overall experience. I would definitely recommend Monterrey as a place to visit or stay. It is a lively and interesting city with plenty to explore, and I would be happy to be able to always come back.

Thanks to are booked hotel giving us the unpleasant surprise of having bed bugs we couldn't enjoy ourselves it really put a dagger on the remaining of our vacation I wouldn't do it again trust issues

From someone who has been in 80 countries and hundreds of cities, I find Monterrey to be extremely uninteresting. There is little to do in the city and prices are very much like in the US. I wonder how local people can afford living there. That said, there is really nothing better in more than 100 miles.

Monterrey is excellent.

Monterrey is excellent. There is great food, great people, tons of vendors and amazing leather products, including leather cowboy boots for sale at a fraction of the price elsewhere. Monterrey is beautiful and the mountains are amazing. It reminded me of Colorado about 30 years ago. I felt very safe and ended up finding a very economical place to stay in a great location. I highly recommend getting out and doing some shopping and eating at local restaurants.
