I given this property a 10 mainly for the staff. I rarely given 10 out side of exceptional. But this hotel literally had the best staff, reception, bar, restaurant, pool the list is endless. Having stayed in a few W hotels worldwide, not all are the same. We were actually booked in the Conrad not far but checked out after one night, the hotel was damp, quite like a morgue. And the staff…. This was. Or the same. So very happy we made the move. We also celebrated my wife’s birthday here, gifted a bottle of champagne and chocolate. Nice touch. Also add, great gym facilities new and plenty of choices for my daily workout. Beach and pool areas top quality and my wife loved them.

Amazing property, stylish, cozy details makes feel cozy. Very clean and beautiful views, especially from 2nd floor, where you get to see ocean from the bed. I really loves the area on the top floor with fully equiped kitchen, tables to eat and beautiful surroundings to enjoy view, even book shelf, some board game and binoculars were there. Loves the quality of everything in the house, e.g. bed linen was sooo nice and soft, tasty coffee, drinking water and very nice shampoo and shower gel! Seems like there was a lot of heart put into preparing the place for guests :)

Absolutely stunning property, larger than life, lovely pools, but the food at all the restaurants and buffet was some of the best I’ve had in the world. The spa was exceptional as well.

The breakfast was great. You had your choice every morning of the type of eggs you wanted. Fruit every morning toast and coffee. The views were amazing. The pool was clean and enjoyable. The only negitive is the very steep hill you have to climb to get to the property. We did not have a car.

Property is in almost new condition. The unit was clean and in great shape - exactly as shown. Wifi in the unit was excellent. No issues checking into property or getting access to unit. Owner was quick to respond and communication was good. Pools were excellent - among the best we've enjoyed in PVR. Certainly the Terrace Pool is the warmest, and with great poolside furniture, and no problem finding a spot at any time of the day. Property beach is not for swimming, but that was not a surprise, so not a concern for us. The main town beach is an easy walk for ocean swimming. Some reviews commented negatively on the walk "into town" to restaurants, etc. Honestly, it's a non-factor. The walk is short and easy, there were no issues or concerns at all with the location.
