Would thoroughly recommend. The location is great for the park and the rooms are large, private, and in a natural setting. The private outside space for each room is lovely. The buffet dinner was superb - we were offered a choice of game steaks cooked to order. We would have stayed longer if we could!

It’s was one of the most beautiful farm stays I have ever been to. The place had so much charm. The rooms were decorated with beautiful antique furniture and had so many places to sit and store your things

Everything was excellent, stellar service from Wilhelm and Mina! - Room: 5/5 (clean, nicely designed, spacious, fridge and kettle in the room, cotton bedsheets and hot water in the shower available anytime) - Property: 5/5 (well kept, garden constantly being cleaned and decorated by staff, cute animals roaming around giving you a special safari feeling) - Food: 5/5 (buffet style, vegetarian options available, staff was happy to accommodate any special dietary requests) - Internet: 5/5 (strong WiFi available in the main reception area, no Internet in the rooms but this was not a problem to us) - Service: 5/5 (Wilhem and Mina seemed like they were trained for a 5 stars hotel, very professional and attentive, but most importantly so so genuine in the way they are helping their guests, we can totally imagine them both in any 5-star hotel because the level of service they provided was really second to none) - Safari: 5/5 (Guide was communicative and knowledgable, he was also funny making it relaxing and enjoyable for all of us onboard, you can see cheetah, rhinos, giraffe, zebras, oryx, wilderbeast, hippo etc)

Sasa never disappoints me. Thank you again. I can suggest this accommodation to everybody. Location is just like from movie: surrounded by giant rocks overlooking of infinite savanna. Colors of mornings and evenings here are very romantic. As well as stars at night. One can enjoy all these wanders from deck or even from the clean pool. Every time I sleep here, I enjoy very good dinner, very good breakfast, very good service, very nice people. There is good wifi (for small fee), hot water, clean rooms. To the nearest town (Outjo) it is about 10 minutes drive only. The Anderson Gate of Etosha is about 1 hour drive. Again: highly recommended - you will not regret.

This hotel is perched on top of a hill overlooking Etosha National Park, and so it’s not uncommon to see animals such as giraffe wandering around the property. The lobby, restaurant, bar, patio, all have this wooden log cabin design which is so relaxing and pleasant to the eyes. The buffet breakfast and dinner during my stay were amazing with game meat being served so you can try them. The rooms are nicely decorated all with balcony facing the sunrise. There are 3 pools and so they are never crowded, and since most people enter the national park during the day the pools are often empty but still are well maintained. The park itself is just a quick 15-minute drive away and you can book safari tours (I did both morning and afternoon) at the reception. I had fast wifi in the room which I didn’t use a lot because I was there to disconnect! I would definitely come back. They have cute cats in the property and I miss them already! The staff were all nice and approachable during my entire stay.

The staff was so welcoming and helpful. The food was good and plentiful for such a remote location. The tent, including the facilities, was very clean and refreshed twice a day. The tour gides are very knowleageble and eager to answer your questions. Lots of wild life roams arround, you can enjoy watching from your tent balcony. I want to give special thanks to Teresa - front desk, Waka and Jona - tour gides, Lydia - restaurant/bar . You all made my stay memorable and so relaxing.

I had a fantastic stay! The food was absolutely perfect — felt like dining at a top restaurant every day. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and always went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Our room was spotless, cozy, and cleaned daily with great attention to detail. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this place — would definitely come back!

Everything is simply amazing. The rooms, the food, the staff. They are 15 minutes from the Andreseen Gate to enter Etosha so I recommend it staying there instead of the overpriced, worn off Okaukuejo lodge. They also have chitas, leopards and lions to check out on site! I highly recommend! I travelled two weeks across Africa and this was the best facility we stayed!! Thank you!

Our second visit to this lovely Sasa camp, just because of the unique scenery to the Ugab valley and with it's charming natural stone cottages. The considerate hosts & delicious food from the kitchen crowned our visit again - thank you so much!

We spent two nights here…it was the right amount of time to view animals in Etosha National Park. The terrain here (unlike Numatoni) is vast and flat. Animals are few and far between but with persistance and great binoculars we spotted a Black Rhinocerous, elephants, zebra, springbok, oryx, giraffe, ostriches, and 1 lion, all during daylight hours. The food is best OUTSIDE the park. There is NO fuel in the ENTIRE park! The “Trading Post” is the nearest fuel to this village (less than 10km). Fuel is CRITICAL for planning in rural Namibia!

There is quite a bit to see in Outjo and the surrounding area. Outjo itself is a pleasant small town and it is within easy reach of the Etosha National Park, Twyfelfontein, the Petrified Forest and Vingerklip.

We were disappointed by the extremely bad roads in the park. There is no information about the rugged dirt roads in the park. We were happy to leave the park without an accident or car broken. No good for self drive! There were no animals at the waterhole in Okaukuejo...

Outjo is not a very clean town but ideal stop over for travelers on their way to or from Etosha. Visitors can also by essential supplies for their on-going travels. An excellent and reasonably priced place to eat is at the Farmhouse Boutique in town, whether breakfast, lunch or dinner under the shady trees.
