La Residencia is well located in the middle of town, walking distance to the main plaza, grocery, market, bank and more. The staff went above and beyond. Breakfast was good and filling, consistent every day. The rooms were comfortable and the AC worked well. The staff cleaned the rooms each day and were so nice. They clearly took pride in keeping things tidy. The Tamale on the last morning was really delicious. She accommodated my vegetarian son, too.

Great place . Central located it is set on ABC street so it could get a little loud but I’m a very deep sleeper so I don’t have a problem with that. I loved everything about it distractor of the building. It’s really cool. I’ve never stayed in a place like this before. I recommended 100% yes.

This property’s greatest + is definitely the proximity to the beach. You are literally 200 feet from the beach via the side entrance. Very private setting. you’re free to walk the beach in any direction once there. There is a full kitchen that you can use to cook meals. You can literally buy fresh fish at the beach and cook it. There are a couple of restaurants options if you prefer to dine out. The breakfast was cooked fresh daily during my stay which was great for our party of 5.
