Excellent location in central Terherne. I was travelling with my partner and celebrating our 1 year wedding anniversary having married as this location last year - we had a card and chilled Prosecco waiting in our room on arrival! We booked the corner apartment room which is worth the extra if you are just travelling as a couple. You have the best views of the canal and a sitting area in addition to your bedroom. We also dined at the restaurant and had a wonderful 3 course meal. All in all, a perfect stay and we will be back!
The landlord and landlady are excellent hosts. They do their best to make guests feel right at home, and cater for every specific need. It felt like I made a new friend , instead of accommodation in a guest house. It was lovely. I travelled with a 4 year old child, and the hosts were so refreshingly accommodating with my grandson. I loved the country farm atmosphere. Thank you Elizabeth and Jan.
The owner was amazing and very helpful. I booked for three nights. I had made a mistake with my booking and the owner let me cancel two of the nights without charging me any fee. There is a kiteboarding club right behind it too.
Very pleasant, clean, quiet & comfortable rooms, serviced well each day. A ten to fifteen minute walk into Sneek, but this was fine for my husband and I as we like to walk.
