The cleanness, the hotelroom, the breakfast, the location.

Everything was very good. It was our first time in Middleburg and definitely we shall stay there from now on when we visit The Netherlands. The rooms were very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and tasty.

Netherlands at it's best! Awesome choice for breakfast at Hotel de Timmerfabriek. Nothing you could miss. Comfy beds in the room. A light smell of wood from the cabins in the reception and lovely decoration. We really enjoyed our stay! Vlissingen has a nice old town, beach and opportunities to enjoy the shopping. From here you must visit Middelburg, Goes and as well beach front cities! Our first trip to Zeeland and we are sure it won't be our last :-)

Great location for beach and tourism.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was complete, I was able to get my breakfast early. Since I needed the room for an overnight stay and had to leave early enough, I was able to park for free, on a city parking lot behind the hotel.

All perfect, honesty bar is a good idea, check in was quick, we got a room with easy access with no stairs, which is appreciated.

Very friendly staff, nice and clean room, nice bar/restaurant, good breakfast, all at a reasonable price. Location makes the hotel better suited for Business traveling, for holidays thete are better options

Incredible location. Great for runners, a lot of options for choosing a route (beachrun, hill run on top of the dunes, or bush run if the wind is strong - behind the dune) Hotel itself is also comfortable. Staff is friendly and supportive.

I am coeliac and the lovely staff at breakfast found and warmed delicious rolls. Position was perfect as Middelburg is a very walkable, stunning city and we had the perfect base. Beautiful views from our window added to the charm. Great bed!

The hotel is brand new, nicely designed and decorated, the room is spacious and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, staff was very friendly including the virtual receptionist.

Very warm, helpful and hospitable staff members, super clean room, great location (really close to the beach) and an amazing breakfast buffet.

The room design was wonderful. I enjoyed taking a shower and the bed was very comfortable.

Everything was just perfect, clean , comfy beds and a wonderful breakfast!! Will definitely stay here again next time we have a Dogshow in Zeeland !!

The breakfast was excellent, with a good selection. The building was architecturally delightful! Our rooms were very comfortable and the location was convenient for walking into the town centre. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Perfect Location, superb cleanliness. I loved the design and the relaxing atmosphere. Excellent service very professional, greatly appreciated. Management totally dedicated to deliver the best experience to the guests.

We loved the environment, close to the beach and a footpath on top of the dunes offering an excellent view over the island Walcheren. The hotel is a great starting point for visits to museums and other attractions.
