The luscious breakfast and the location - close to everything. Next to the train station, bus station, next door to the gondola and close to the lakefront, shops, restaurants and cafes. For the breakfast alone it was well worth it :)

Amazing view, friendly staff. Big and very clean room. And as a bonus there is a heated outdoor pool which provides a fantastic feeling after the sunset.

Sometime you experience something completely unexpected. This was one of these times for us. I'm traveling quite much in work all around the world, The service at this please reach the highest level. Food is like a good hotel, Well, i would never brought my customer here, room is simple, but what can you expect for this price. It was clean and bed was good. There is now reason to go to Rosendal any longer go this place instead. Stay here and enjoy lo a fantastic place. I really hope I will come back to you.

So pleasantly surprised! Our room was brand new, modern and clean, the bed was very comfortable, lots of space and nice view. The breakfast was nice, plenty of options and the staff was friendly. Overall, great expeerience and great value for money.

Everything was perfect for our family!! Kitchen was stocked with coffee and tea. Bathroom was clean. The bed was super comfortable and sheets/linen was super clean. There is a coop right across and the breakfast at the hotel was very nice.

Truly Norwegian feeling, surrounded by old music instruments, cosy reading room, and a classic Nordic student home atmosphere - same as I had at university. Nice mountain view on the gondola. Perfect location - calm but only two streets from main square. Very good value for money.

Beautiful hisoric building with direct access from train platform:- warm, has pool which used, friendly helpful staff, very quiet and comfy in room with sitting room area and stunning lake view. Lounges and other public access rooms, lovely food and interesting articles from past add to decor.

We booked in last minute as we got engaged that day and decided to stay inside of sleeping in our van. We were given a room upgrade and a bottle of champagne on arrival. Amazing customer service and something we will never forget.

Breakfast was super good. Very good coffee, bread, salmon and meat, and home made jams. The location is great in case you also have an activity booked with Trolltunga Active. The meetings happen the day before your activity inside this hotel so that is very convenient. You can also walk over a bridge and along the lake. The views are stunning. You can walk from the hotel into town but it's a little hilly. We booked a triple room which was very spacious and this one had his own private bathroom which was super spacious as well. We booked a double room with sharing bathroom and that was a good option as well. In the morning, it was only a 20 min drive up to Parking A nearby Trolltunga Active store and starting point for the Overnight Trolltunga hike.

The hotel was located next to a fjord and there were excellent views from our windows. Our room was clean and comfortable with good facilities. The breakfast was excellent and we ate a good meal in the hotel restaurant.

Warm and welcoming staff, charming property, and cosy rooms. We were a little late to breakfast and the staff held back on cleaning until we were finished. The owner introduced herself and made sure we had what we needed. I wish we had planned a longer stay.
