Lovely hotel with a great interior. Friendly staff on welcome, breakfast and check out. There was a Christmas party going on all evening in one of the communal areas which I didn't mind, nice atmosphere! Breakfast was plentiful, so much choice it was great. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed, I slept well. Good bathroom, shower and TV in the room. Free parking with plenty of spaces outside the hotel. Spa grocery store over the road and a fuel station so all very convenient. I would stay again.

For a two star hotel I didn´t have big expectation - so I really liked it. The breakfast was excelent, everything I needed and capucino was even included in the price - I love that. The guest kitchen was really nice and cosy. The location is perfect - easy to take the bus to all the skiing places I wanted to visit. . It is a VERY good value for the money. The staff was very helpful and nice. I will be back. Thank you.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel was centrally located to shops and an easy 10 minute walk to the train station. And breakfast was amazing!

We stayed here for 3 nights with my wife and our 4-year-old child. The room was perfectly prepared and well-equipped. We highly recommend the breakfast – there was a great selection, and the food was replenished regularly. The staff was friendly and helpful (luggage storage was available after check-out). ​First Hotel Breiseth has a great location: just a one-minute walk from the train station and very close to the main pedestrian street, Storgata. Most attractions are within a 20-minute walk. Walking to the ski jumping hill takes about 40 minutes, but you can also take a bus or a taxi. We highly recommend this hotel for families!

Cool, nice interior in a lobby, parking, breakfast was good, sauna. Location also was good, 10 min walking distance to down town. So we had a nice evening walk for dinner in town. I think it was great stay for value of money and our one night stay.

Breakfast was basic and very good buffet - Incl.in the price 700 for 2 persons is very cheap in Norway. Restaurant and bar price the evening was also very cheap, and good: 2 dinners, drink, coffee and 1 conjakk costet about 1000 NOK. A stop on a basic shopping center cafe on the way bac from ski day, the day after, very simple pizza and salad costet almost 2/3

The hotel is beautiful and has a great mix of modern comfort and historic charm. Our room was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location is also great – very central. The restaurant was great, with a really good breakfast. We would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it.

The location is unbeatable for travelers who want to be close to the railway station. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They were kind enough to meet a few of our additional requests. The breakfast was impressive for its price. The accommodation is absolutely value for money.

The view is amazing. The playground near the venue is great! The reception area is very cozy! The parking is abundant! The staff are very nice! Literally everything is good!
