Hotel location was perfect. Staff where attentive, friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was very varied and plentiful. Evening meal was tasty, simple and again plentiful. Tea and coffee available in the reception at any time which was nice. Reception area had nice comfortable sofas and chairs and good for relaxing after a day out in the snow. Rooms where well appointed, comfortable beds. We asked for extra pillows. Roof top hot tub was an added bonus, easy to book at additional cost but well worth it at night to look over the harbour and aurora spotting. Would definitely return and recommend to others.

The hotel had everything, comfortable rooms, nice balconies, friendly staff, free sauna (+ access to the lake for cold plunges), bar/restaurant that serves meals throughout the day. Location was very good, as the area is pretty remote you are in a central place to walk around, explore and take pictures.

We get one of the new suites which is decorated with black wooden panels. Huge bathroom with bad and shower and amazing view. Good restaurant, service en friendly staff.

Perfect location. The hotel is opposite a ferry terminal and located in the center of Tromso city. I could access most of the significant sites by walking.
The building is modern in design. There is a Sky Bar on the top floor, and the gin and tonic was good. The breakfast was also lovely. If you are a tourist visiting Tromso for the first time, staying at this hotel is one of the best choices.

Fabulous hotel right on the water. We booked a very small bunk room so it was a bit tight with luggage but it was functional. The beds were comfortable and bathroom good plus a kettle was a bonus. We had a nice view across the water. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent. Very friendly staff.

The breakfast was nice because it was available all day and night. I got in very late both nights I was there and was starving so it was very helpful.

It is a new era accommodation of having no staff but all through online communications. It is very easy to access, very clean and comfortable. The views are absolutely stunning, a must go to Lofoten!

Everybody of the staff was very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed my stay and I liked the location. In addition there was always free coffee and tea, which was great with the cold tempreature in Tromso

Location. Tours left from the hotel. On the river looking out to the cathedral and cable car. Nothing was too much trouble. The young man who booked us in was amazing and made our first impression of Tromso special even held our luggage overnight whilst we went on a tour

The location could not have been better, amazing views of the mountain and town with the northern lights when you are lucky. Right at the centre with shops and restaurants a quick walk away. Breakfast had a lot of variety. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We like the location and the staff were extremely helpful.

The proximity of the hotel to the EVE airport was such a great convenience after landing. The staff at hotel was very welcoming so check-in and check-out was a breeze. They kindly accommodated us two in the single room. The room was clean and had a nice view of the bridge. The views from the restaurant was stunning. The included breakfast was such a gem—very filling, tasty, and good amount of variety.
