The facilities at the resort were fantastic, parking on site, ski rentals on site (including free storage lockers with rentals) and the ability to ski in and out was lovely. The pool/gym/sauna facilities were great. There was a great variety of options available for breakfast and the restaurant on site served delicious food. In particular I want to commend the staff working there, particularly those in reception. My plans changed while I was there and I needed to shorten my stay as a result and everyone was so accommodating. It's not something that can be expected, but I couldn't make calls on my phone due to an issue with my carrier and the reception staff were kind enough to let me use their own phones to make calls. All in all it was a fantastic experience and I would hope to return in the future for a much longer stay.

All the stuff from bar tender to chef and all the crew was amazing. Very hospitable people and smiles and assist you all the time. So helpful and very kind. Spa and the woman who work there was amazing and sweet. The food was fantastic . Place is peaceful and safe. The boat driver always smiling and talking to us. They speak english as well. The hotel ... No words can explain. Definitely will come back again. 500% love the place and all the people who works there.

It enjoys an excellent location, and the staff are extremely welcoming and helpful in resolving any issues I encountered. Luggage storage is also available here. Although the property is relatively small, it is overall very clean and tidy. Great value for money, highly recommended.

Pristine gorgeous location on remote rocky lake in deep boreal forest,, first-class design and quality in the main lodge and in almost every aspect of the property. Very clean and everything in the room worked well. Wifi quality was very good.

A wonderful hotel with lots of charm and also suitable for dogs. Very thoughtful, with dog beds and bowls as well as treats for the dogs. We felt very welcome. The breakfast is great and the rooms and beds are wonderful.

Very Nordic, Viking vibe with all the comforts you could ask for and staff were very helpful, chatty and laughed a lot (which I liked)! Food was brilliant- with the Nordic style, delicious

Very nice hotel. Nice rooms, good spa section, and excellent breakfast. The restaurant was also excellent for dinner, especially the menu.
