Customer service was excellent!!! Highly recommended. Mr. Luis Pérez was very nice, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. He went above and beyond. Room was all equipped, comfortable and clean. Food was good was well. I would love to come back son.

Breakfast was great. Fruit, yogurt, ham, local cheese and bread. Nothing out of the ordinary. Beds were outstanding comfortable. Shower had great pressure and basic toiletries. Towels were soft.

Good hot showers. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Breakfast on the terrace. Secure parking.

Calm, relax and good location.

Early check-ins (and no probs to leave your stuff in case you come way too early, as I was), late check-outs (so I could still enjoy a hot pool in the morning!); relaxing steam room in the evening; clean, spacious place; friendly, helpful staff; simple, but filling breakfast. I’ve got a deal almost for half of the original price, and it did exceeded my expectations! Had a very comfortable, relaxing stay, would recommend to solo travellers, couple and families (it’s enough space for all), or come back myself again!

Everything was very good. The receptionist was very kind and responsive. Room was very clean.

The grounds. It's in several square miles of private grounds. Beautiful, verdant. As soon as we stepped out the taxi, into that hacienda world, my shoulders dropped 5cm. All of the stress from the last year just dropped off me. Melted. Birds singing, beautiful wildlife everywhere. Utter peace and tranquility. The restaurant is great and well priced. The staff are lovely. But the place, just being there, it's like doing meditation or something !

This was a huge apartment (2 bedrooms) with 1 shared bathroom. Basic furniture and out-of-date generally but perfectly adequate for a 1 night stay. The hotel is on a busy road so traffic is very loud from around 6am. It is close to the centre of the town (5 minute walk) so we enjoyed the location although we would not have wanted to spend more than 1 night at this place. Breakfast was poor but included in what was a very cheap overnight rate for 3 people.

Nice place and friendly staff. I was able to check in earlier and also leave my luggage for some hours after I checked out.
