The staff are all very nice. But above all is Zarela - such a wonderful woman. She gave me a lot of good tips, and I really enjoyed our conversations. 10 out of 10 !!!

Desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly (even brought us up hot tea to our room about half an hour after we checked in 🥰), breakfast was made fresh for us, and we were even made some Muna tea (helps with altitude) when we mentioned my husband was having some gut issues! Would absolutely stay here again!!

The internet was perfect as well. One of the best price value places I ever stayed.

Unfortunately we were very disappointed with our stay. This is no longer a 3star hotel as we understand it. The staff were smiling and charming and nice to us. But that didn't overcome the issues.

Hidden gem situated just a stone's throw away from the city center. Shielded by its tall walls, it provides a surprising quietude amidst the Huaraz chaos. The beautifully landscaped gardens amplify this tranquility, giving a peaceful break from the city's hustle. Breakfast was a plentiful buffet where the staff ensures every detail is attended to. The room was cozy, with a notably comfortable bed. While Huaraz can have its water and electricity challenges everything runs seamlessly at the hotel, there were enough electrical plugs in the room and there was always hot water in the shower. What truly set this hotel apart for me, though, was the staff. Every individual I interacted with was exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. A special mention to the owner – his passion for the place shines through, and his warmth and welcoming nature made my stay all the more memorable. An oasis of calm and hospitality, I highly recommend this hotel.

L'hotel El Rubí es troba situat al centre mateix de Huaraz, a la seva avinguda principal i a pocs minuts a peu de la plaça d'Armes i de qualsevol servei que et calgui al llarg de la teva estada. Ofereix servei de control d'entrada les 24 hores del dia i la Jaqueline, la recepcionista amb la que més hem coincidit, s'ha mostrat sempre molt amable amb nosaltres. El dia que vam marxar, vam fer el check-out a les 8,30 del matí i ens van guardar les maletes fins a les 21 hores, que és quan agafàvem el bus de tornada a Lima. L'habitació era ampla i confortable, amb un llit gran ben còmode. Si has de fer alguna excursió on et passin a buscar abans de les 7 del matí, et faciliten un petit servei de beguda calenta i dos entrepanets. Compleix sobradament amb els estàndards que esperes per un hotel de tres estrelles, per tant, el recomano sense cap mena de dubte
