-Comfortable bed with a curtain, light + socket (although mine was complicated to use) + quite big lockers -Ensuite bathroom in the dorm with toilet & good+warm shower -Enough toilets elsewhere in the hostel too -WiFi worked well (in the dorm as well) -You can leave your luggage stored there after checkout while going on a tour/waiting for a bus -Nice bar & pool area -Restaurant with good vegetarian food for reasonable prices -I could pay with creditcard without extra charge -Very friendly and helpful staff -Check out at 12:00😃

if you plan on relaxing this is the place to be! many pools and activities to keep the kids busy (this place is very family oriented!!), they try to keep a divide between adults and kids. hotel is very clean. ac and heating is great! a lot of staff on the site which means you never have to look too hard to get some help! overall if you’re looking for a good time I would 100% recommend Las Dunas. if you want this as your base to visit Ica and surroundings: it’s a bit out of the way but the safe neighborhood really is an added bonus!

A fantastic find on a quiet and attractive residential street, but with easy access to all the main areas of Ica. Super convenient for access to Huacachina. The owner was amazing, we have met wonderful people during our time in Peru, but this guy was the best. So friendly and helpful! The room was great with comfortable beds, hot shower, good wifi, and lots of lighting. Plus storage areas and ample outlets to charge devices. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ica Wasi, clean, complete and nice. Yoship is the best host we ever met, very kind and helpful with all our questions. It has an excellent location at Ica close to bus stations, food, el mercado and Plaza de Armas. We took a tuktuk to Huacachina for less than a dollar, did the buggy tour and found better prices for food at Ica. We fully recommend this hostel! Gracias Amigos!!!

The location at the beach was good and Gufy helped us well with picking activities. Paracas is beautiful, and those activities really helped us seeing the highlights. The dogs (which are everywhere in Peru) were cute, even though we saw some small flies/ticks on them. I'd recommend Kokopelli to maybe clean them more often :) Free kayaks which was fun, you could really see the pelicans closeby

The hidden Gem in Ica . Julia speaks brilliant English and is so welcoming , hotel inside looks like a palace marble floors . Rooms are modest but super clean . Garden and pool . Wow amazing , so many chemical cloudy soup Pools in Peru but this is perfect both of them. Lovely quiet location , lovely food . Would be great place for a Friday night Reggeaton party too , unfortunately we will not be here .

You can walk to center of Ica. Huacachina is 5-6 soles by tuk tuk. It takes 10 mins by Tuk Tuk. There is a mall near to hotel. Room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Internet was so good. It was good stay. I can choose again if they will improve breakfast. They can add a good quality coffee(medium roasted) and some jams, honey & butter. They need an English menu or English speaking waiter.

Rooms were clean and comfortable Attentive friendly staff Tourist office in hotel lobby Daily activities programmed for adults and children Food: picarones, chancho al cilindro, anticuchos were delicious. The rest of the menu was not up to par Spa services: massage and facial Short distance walk to Paracas boardwalk Room had a very nice access to the pool Pet Friendly

The room was a great size and offered ample storage space. The property location is also good, right in front of the oasis (which is a relatively small place so all hotels will feel central). There is a grocery shop available just 1 min walk away and many restaurants are nearby. They offer a shuttle service from Ica (rather costly at 30 soles for 10 mins) and also tours.

Room was clean and big, with en-suite and hot shower. Slept soundly. Breakfast was upstairs with a good view of the town. Nice "American" breakfast, eggs/ham scramble, coffee, fruit juice and bread. Hostel were very helpful with letting me leave my bag while i was on the Nazca lines flight, retrieving it just before the bus on to the next destination.

Fast check-in Clean Room Late check-out (compared to other hostels/hotel) I was also able to check-in a bit earlier. Quiet! (Ica center is very noisy , too many tuk-tuks , taxis, minibuses, etc a bit chaotic to be honest) but at this hostel I managed to sleep very well since it was quite, much appreciated!! Friendly staff

I arrived in Ica at 5a.m so I thought i had to wait for check-in util 1p.m but the owner let me check in at 6a.m . and next day after I checked out i stayed on the couch for a few hours but the owner said nothing about it the owner is super nice, wifi is super strong and Hot water comes out very well really nice hostel !

Very good overall experience. The breakfast in particular is well worth the cost, which is slightly higher than the typical cost for a breakfast. The location is quiet, The receptionist is always at the front desk and paying attention to the guests (unlike many hotels/hostels I've stayed at).

Walking distance to everything in town (bus terminal + main plaza), really comfy rooms for a low price, we paid to have breakfast at the property and I loved that it was traditional Peruvian and not American style (Tamale, Chicharones, etc). This place has everything you need.

The staff was very helpful and booked a tour with me in advance for the day I arrived. Everything worked out well! The room was big and the bed very comfortable. The location is in the middle of Huacachina. The breakfast was good - typical Peru breakfast.

My friend and I enjoyed the pool and the drinks by the pool. In our case if wasn’t busy so we had the whole pool and bar for ourselves and we made use of that. Basically just got drunk here, so that’s probably why I loved it. Dinner was fine.

Very nice stuff, plus we agreed on a late check-out, which was very useful before taking a night bus. Hotel has a hot water, good shower, nice terrace on the top floor for American breakfasts. The hotel is just next to the bus stop.

Room was clean and decent! cute rooftop and pool area is nice. beyond expectation considering the price. price-quality is great overall! and small breakfast was even included! its a great hotel compared to other hotels in Ica.

I chose this property because I thought it would be great to stay overnight at the oasis itself, but I would highly suggest just staying the night in Ica. This is mostly due to the facilities/food available there.

Ica is very small so actually the position does not mather at all; the hostel is good mostly if i make comparon to the average of south america that is quite low. Quality / Price is a worth place to stay.
