- [ ] The most peaceful and best day of our 1 month in South America so far - [ ] It’s family run and everyone gets involved even the youngest girl who serves/helps her family serving food and chopping things. - [ ] Breakfast was the best we’d had our whole trip in Peru. We had fruit salad, the freshest orange juice, coffee and the main we had x2 large breads with egg each. For lunch we had fresh trout and choufa (like egg fried rice but the Peruvian style) and sweet potato it was delicious. For dinner we repeated the choufa because it was so good! All reasonably priced. They also have drinks & water for sale. - [ ] Staff were friendly - [ ] Free transfer from the puño port to the island and back. However please note you need to pay cash for the taxi 20soles each way plus an environmental fee for upkeep of the island of 5 Sol each upon entry. - [ ] Our lodge was basic but met all our needs. We had a bathroom in ours but we shared a shower (which had hot water) - really nice touch. We upgraded to a family room so got two beds which was nice as the room didn’t have a table. For $USD27.20 it surpassed our expectations. Be warned it’s freezing at night! But they layer up those beds we had at least 7 heavy blankets. - [ ] A special thanks for the hosts because we arrived after 1400 and we were starving and he made us food outside of meal times. - [ ] The views of the lake were spectacular! The air was so fresh and sunbathing before sunset was our fave activity. - [ ] Highly highly recommend!

Staying at Felix, is like staying at good friends place. Its really not that impersonal hotel stay but the real experience in how life is on Uros. Felix did everything to make sure our stay was as beautiful as possible and really made us feel like home. As we arrived super early morning he organized our transport and even let us get to our rooms early to rest a bit before having an amazing local breakfast, prepared by his wife. On sundays he took us to a local community soccer game and we could meet his friends and share a beer with them. if anyone wants to have the real Uros experience staying with Felix is the best choice. Thanks for everything, Felix!

the host is extremely good （Vidal）if you decided to stay in this hotel then you must attend the boat tour it’捏 absolutely perfect！！！

A perfect blend of local culture and tradition in a unique situation( floating lake reed islands), stunning scenery but with all the creature comforts needed as well.

An exceptional and immersive experience on Lake Titicaca. The room has a wonderful view that makes you want to stay for several days — definitely one of the highlights. The room is very comfortable, and the decoration is beautiful. Keep in mind when booking that the bathroom is dry — after all, you’re on a floating island. The hosts were another highlight. From the moment I made the reservation, they reached out to explain how the transportation would work — everything was very well organized. They also provided a delicious dinner and breakfast. Just grateful for the stay in this magical place.

Amazing hotel with delicious breakfast, it is close to the center but the location was quiet. The room had everything you need, and there was also a heater. Totally recommend!

The friendly staff, cleanliness, location, breakfast, and room with heater. Added bonus is the water bottles in the room. The customer service is the best, very helpful friendly, and attentive.

Ronald and his wife were absolutely AMAZING HOSTS Ronald went out of his way time and time again to show us around the islands, we met his family and he showed us how to fish and lay traps It was a complete immersive experience and we loved it He honestly couldn't do enough for us Highly highly recommend, you will not be disappointed He even picked us up from the dock and took us back in time for our bus Nothing was too much trouble for him

I really liked it, especially the hosts – the lady who took perfect care of us and her husband, who guided us on the boat. They are truly amazing.

Amazing experience, peaceful, cosy & dramatic The Host family were exceptional with the cutest of children, they were happy to assist, prepare meals,take you on a tour of the Uros Islands & even provided hot water bottles at bedtime.
