Formerly known as a cabaret, the Maxime is now reborn as a hotel. The place where spies and dancers from last century dwelt, is now open to guests and Lisbon’s visitors retaining all its former glory.... Everything! We had booked a night in Sintra but due to various reasons we couldn't make it and had to book a night in Lisbon last minute. Maxime Hotel was an excellent choice! I loved the themed room, it had every facility including compulsory water and a coffee each. The windows were soundproofed which was great because there was a local/plaza/party/bbq going on and could get a bit loud. The hotel is perfectly located pivately between the main streets and barrio alto. WOULD RECCOMEND

With a prime location is Lisbon's historic downtown, Be Poet Baixa Hotel is just 1969 feet from Chiado and 984 feet from Rossio Square. We had stayed here on our last visit to Lisbon, and it was very good. Naturally, we chose it for this latest return. Once again, everything was fine, and the pre-arrival communication was excellent, as was the service by all the staff (reception, cleaning and breakfast) during our stay. Then, they managed to exceed our expectations due to a lovely surprise when we returned to our room after dinner with friends on the Saturday evening. During check in, they had noticed it was my birthday. Without letting on, they arranged for a birthday cake and congratulations message to be waiting for us in our room. This is a hotel that is perfectly located and good value for money, but which also goes beyond expectations by making sure their clients are totally cared for and made to feel special. Thank you Be Poet, we will be back.

With a colorful and classic façade, as well as a modern interior décor, the 4-star Hotel da Baixa enjoys a prime location in Lisbon's historic downtown area. I’m a seasoned traveller, and it’s very rare I would give any place 10, but this hotel well deserved it. Caring staff, spacious room (they made a free upgrade!), stellar clean rooms with brand new furniture. The level of attention to details deserves a commend. Keep up, we will definitely return!

Eurostars Museum is a unique 5-star property located on the banks of the Tagus River, in a historic building in Lisbon's iconic Alfama quarter. Everything was perfect, spacious room, comfy bed, friendly staff, location, breakfast. We'll come back!

Located in Lisbon's famed Almirante Reis Street, 2953 feet from the historic downtown, WC by The Beautique Hotels is a uniquely decorated hotel. The best room in the hotel has a bath tub in the room, balkony with a nice view to castle. We like the design of the hotel, friendly and helpful personal. Good WiFi, free bottle of water (0,5L) provided daily.

Located in Lisbon, 1312 feet from Chiado, Corpo Santo Lisbon Historical Hotel provides accommodations with on-site dining. This hotel has everything you could wish for, and more! It started with the hotel offering us a free welcome drink of our choice, to celebrate our honeymoon, while they prepared our room. Christopher, managing the hotel restaurant and bar, was super friendly and gave us a warm welcome to the hotel bar. In our hotel room, the floor and bed were covered in rose petals, which we thought was very cute 😊 Later, we got a bottle of prosecco and chocolate covered strawberries delivered to our room by David and a colleague of his (we can't remember his name), courtesy of the hotel! On the two following days, they brought cold tea and fruit to our room, which is really nice after having walked through the heat in Lisbon for a while. The breakfast was simply amazing, it really has everything you could wish for. Also here, Christopher and his team (especially the slightly older gentleman with the glasses) were always around to take care of our every need. The free walking tours of Lisbon, organised and lead by Diana, were the perfect way to get to see parts of Lisbon. We took part in both the morning and afternoon walking tours, during which we explored different parts of Lisbon. The tours were well organised, informative and fun! Every evening, the hotel offers free wine and snacks in the hotel lobby, which we generously accepted, of course 😉 The type of wine and snacks changed every day, so there was always something new and amazing to try! We had to check out at 2:30 in the morning to catch an early flight, so the hotel prepared a takeaway breakfast for us. All in all, our stay was perfect and we will definitely come here again if we're ever in Lisbon! Thank you!

Located in Saldanha, within Lisbon's center, the elegant Hotel White Lisboa is in front of Saldanha Metro Station. It is 1.1 mi from the high-end shops and boutiques of Avenida da Liberdade. clean. easy check. clean rooms. NO claustrofobia feelings! All good! Peace

Inspired by the life and work of Fernando Pessoa, Lisboa Pessoa Hotel is located in the center of Lisbon, 656 feet from Chiado. - small room but the room was very well build that you don’t feel it’s actually small. - very clean room - walking distance to many sights. - nice roof terrace - friendly staff.
