The staff were lovely and helpful. And hotel atmosphere was fantastic. Lobby of the hotel such a breathtaking and surrounding of the hotel view was peaceful.

Friendly and attentive staff. The entire hotel is clean, in good condition and well maintained. Good location for exploring the rest of Serra de Estrela as it saves you at least an hour’s worth of travel every day compared to towns in the valley. Restaurant has a large enough menu to try something different every evening and all is delicious. On a rainy day I just relaxed in the spa (sauna and small swimming pool)

We had a fantastic experience at the hotel, especially enjoying the thermal pool – it was amazing! What stood out to us was the exceptional service, both by the pool and at the bar. The staff was attentive and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also had a toast for dinner one evening, and it was delicious! The price was very reasonable for such great quality. Overall, we had a wonderful time and highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for relaxation and great service.

Amazing location, very peaceful romantic place

The hotel is situated in the heart of the old part of Covilhã, it’s a beautiful building outside and inside. We had a wonderful time.

Front desk staff were excellent, and all the facilities were like new.

It was clean, great location with a breathtaking view, welcoming stuff and an overall great place for the holidays. We enjoyed most the entertainment room, which had ping pong, pool, darts and other fun games to play. The hotel offers breakfast which was satisfactory, and also a restaurant which was a welcomed option to have after a long day of traveling. It also has a store with local products and a gas station next door. Will come again for sure!

Everything about this small hotel is lovely. It’s central location meant everything we needed was close by. Our room was roomy and bright with incredible views of the mountains. The staff were really helpful and friendly and far more knowledgeable about the area than the tourist information right next door. This is probably one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in and one that we would be happy to recommend to others.

The room was big and very clean. The staff at the hotel was very friendly, we had a problem and had to do a very late check-in and they were waited for us. Breakfast was also very good!

Perfect location and suited all our needs

We stayed here after backpacking for two months wanting a bit of luxury clean shower comfy bed and breakfast. We had the best stay was so beautiful the whole hotel and rooms everything is so clean and inviting. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was delicious and the breakfast was so yummy. It is relaxing and peaceful we went to the snow from here for a day trip. All of the staff are extremely friendly in summer there is a lake a 5 minute walk away and I can imagine how nice it would be.
