Specious hotel with lots of corners, small areas to sit, nice drawings and pictures. The staff engagement is exceptional in every place of the hotel. Excellent breakfast, specious room, comfy bed. Nice bar where you can enjoy the evening.

Amazing place in a beautiful setting with super helpful staff who clearly take pride in this wonderful experience. Pools are lovely and relaxing with lots of different areas of bubbles / jets / saunas/ steam room etc. rooms are a good size and very comfortable. Food is amazing with lots of choices ( we are vegetarian) and the even the breakfast coffee tastes lovely! ( unusual!)

Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options. The restaurant also impressed us with well-prepared dishes that highlight regional flavors. Overall, this hotel is an ideal choice for anyone looking to relax, enjoy nature, and experience high-quality service in Serra da Estrela. We would absolutely return and highly recommend it.

The property felt like luxury accommodation in the mountains. I stayed here as I was competing in a local trail race, Estrela Grande Trail, and it was perfect. All the staff were friendly and helpful in particular, Rafael. All meals and the breskfast were great each day.

The hotel is situated in the heart of the old part of Covilhã, it’s a beautiful building outside and inside. We had a wonderful time.

Nice room and bathroom. Good breakfast offer. Plenty of public parking space available plus paid hotel garage. Solid wifi.

It was clean, great location with a breathtaking view, welcoming stuff and an overall great place for the holidays. We enjoyed most the entertainment room, which had ping pong, pool, darts and other fun games to play. The hotel offers breakfast which was satisfactory, and also a restaurant which was a welcomed option to have after a long day of traveling. It also has a store with local products and a gas station next door. Will come again for sure!

Everything about this small hotel is lovely. It’s central location meant everything we needed was close by. Our room was roomy and bright with incredible views of the mountains. The staff were really helpful and friendly and far more knowledgeable about the area than the tourist information right next door. This is probably one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in and one that we would be happy to recommend to others.

A unique and very luxurious hotel, I must say that they pay attention to the smallest details so that the stay will be perfect. The breakfast was pleasant and rich. The facilities of the hotel, the staff, the atmosphere, the location - are incomparable. Value for money - excellent.

The room was big and very clean. The staff at the hotel was very friendly, we had a problem and had to do a very late check-in and they were waited for us. Breakfast was also very good!

Well located hotel, very easy to access. I was able to make use of the garage to store my motorcycle. The place is quiet to have a peacefull night. The breaksfast is great. The chef made me some fresh scrambled eggs... Thanks for the hospitality.

Location is perfect if you are doing the Grande Rota do Zêzere. Amazing food and the breakfast to. The owner is very helpful with everthing. The view from the room is fabulous!!!

It was an amazing stay in the mountains. We regret that we booked only one night. The restaurant is incredibly tasty and the view is marvelous. Every particular detail is super beautiful and comfortable. The simple aesthetics are everywhere, and the staff are super nice and helpfull.
