EVERYTHING! Great place with great staff! Me and a party of two others booked the place super late in the evening while we were driving on the road and the staff were there to receive us. A message was even sent out. We only stayed one night but would have stayed longer if we were to spend more nights in the area. Breakfast was diverse, good, and plenty of. It was a nice atmosphere with the pet as well there. Beautiful view. Bedrooms were big and comfortable and the bathroom was great and clean. Towels were provided/found readily available in the room. Great parking space as well! Seeing as we arrived late in the evening and did not know any dinner places open, the restaurant next to us was open. I believe this one is attached/connected to the hotel. Amazing food and great atmosphere! Will attach a foto of the meal. As for tourist friendly I would range it as extremely high! I am a non-Spanish speaker and felt the staff were more than understanding towards me and my broken Spanish.

The interior design was very classy and chic. There are nice amenities, including a swimming pool. There is also a beautiful terrace with a great view of the Paraná River. Loi Suites is a luxurious property in the jungle. I loved the main pool area nestled in the trees with birds all around. The view from the rooms into the forest is fantastically relaxing, as is the bathtub. Breakfast is a full spread with good coffee and the balcony view is great for enjoying more of the forest and the birds. I only wish I could have stayed longer. My friends saw monkeys on the property but I missed them! We contracted a driver with the hotel who handled our transport throughout the stay, which was very convenient.

We stayed two nights in Puerto Iguazu to see the Falls.

We stayed two nights in Puerto Iguazu to see the Falls. We could of come in the night before and left early evening the day we went to the Falls. It takes about 4 to 5 hours to do all trails on the Argentina side. Highly recommend La Rueda for a restaurant.

On the lake of Rio Parana.

On the lake of Rio Parana. Lovely long parks, bikepaths, along lakefront. Lots of restaurants and finally spiced food. I recommend advance guard GenerationY .quite the malbec try the spiced shrimp cured in lime. Lots of birding and laggoons. Took train across to Encarnacion. One note Sierra time is observed and lots closed on Sunday and Monday.

The most amazing natural wonder I have ever seen.

The most amazing natural wonder I have ever seen. We spent 2 days visiting Iguazu Falls on the Argentinian side, returning on the second day you can enter the park for half price. An absolute must see are the views from both the superior and inferior trails. Our third day was visiting lguazu on the Brazil side. You get a different perspective on both sides. They are both worth visiting. However be prepared for long queues as you cross the borders and go early, ready for the park opening time at 8.00 am, to avoid massive queues and crowds. We preferred the Argentinian side with its narrow gauge railway train which takes you to the walkway out to the Devils Throat Waterfall. The Brazilian side was much busier and felt more commercialised with coaches used to transport visitors nearly 30 minutes drive from the park entrance up to the falls. The Bird Park across the road from the entrance to the Brazilian Park is well worth a visit too. Enjoy.

Posadas is not only a huge riverwalk but a vibrant and clean city with extremely helpful inhabitants. The closeness to its neighboring Paraguayan city of Encarnacion gives it a mutual commercial boost that allows the city's developement to continue. I was truly amazed at how modern the city is and its relaxed vibe contrasts with the nightlife.

Puerto Iguazú is a lovely town whose main focus is obviously catering for visitors to the Falls. The perfect place to stay for a few days and well connected to the Falls on both sides of the border and to both airports.
