I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the spa and sauna provided a relaxing experience. Additionally, the breakfast was delightful, completing a wonderful overall experience. Highly recommended!

Was ideal location the 2 rooms were very clean and quiet and we had 2 rooms next door to eachother..we were very happy here

Everything at this hotel was top-notch - the spa area, the cleanliness, and the staff service were all excellent. The food was delicious, and the iced coffee was a real treat. :) We’ll definitely be back, and we highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The food was amazing... everything new and clean

This hotel is exceptional, with great attention to detail. When you book a hotel for just one night during a long trip at a reasonable price, you typically don't expect anything extraordinary. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the high-quality bed, linen, design, bathroom, and furniture. It offers a premium experience comparable to Rixos, Hilton, and Four Seasons. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely visit again if the opportunity arises.

Amazing combination of comfortable rooms, excellent food and revigorating thermal baths, with great parking options. Best customer service I've seen in any hotel in Romania, from reception (especially!), to housekeeping, to the restaurant. The staff were incredibly nice, helpful and flexible, they even prepared a surprise for someone in our group who had a birthday on the day we checked in. Already looking forward to our next visit!

The Hotel staff was very kind and helpful, breakfast and dinner were fresh and delicious. Spa is ok, the pool is big, but the water is kind of cool. Sauna and Steam bath were perfect. Room was spacios, neet and clean.

The room I got was much bigger than I expected. The breakfast smorgasbord was much more abundant than I expected. Free parking was provided within the hotel's enclosed area. I found the hotel extremely cheap considering the service level provided.

The hotel exceeded all my expectations. The apartment was incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The attention to detail and high standard of housekeeping were truly impressive. The food was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious dishes prepared from high-quality ingredients. Every meal was a pleasure, and the breakfast selection was particularly exceptional. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Combined with the modern facilities and pleasant atmosphere, everything about this hotel was simply perfect. I would highly recommend Mercure Oradea to anyone visiting the city and would gladly stay here again. A truly outstanding hotel experience!

The flat was on the ground-sero flat so i was easily in contact with the car.

As usual - iris Hotel is the best place to stay&rest on the way to Hungary or Romania/Bulgaria. Close to the border. Private parking. Helpful stuff. Good coffee. Air conditioner, fridge, TV, good Wifi. Comfortable bed, big room. Resto. Everything you need for one night. Strongly recommend!

Great location, superb facilities and exceptional staff. The hotel and the food was excellent and with nice diversity. I had a small sting from a bee and I went to the medical point in the hotel. The care was exceptional and they also fallowed up the next day. The entire staff of the hotel was extremely polite and welcoming for the entire duration of our stay. High praise for the management and the entire staff. Even if the hotel has only 3 stars our stay was truly 5 stars. We will definitely return.
