The food ordered to the room was very good and the breakfast as well. Alex, the manager from Room Service was so professional and courteous . He surprised me so much for my birthday. Along with the food ordered, he brought a small cake on a decorated platter. Also, a written post card with the picture of the hotel along with many thoughtful wishes. 10/10 – Would move in if they let me! Wow – what a stay! The room was spotless (like, could-eat-off-the-floor clean… though we didn’t test that). The location? Chef’s kiss! Right in the heart of everything – we barely needed Google Maps. The service was incredible – everyone was so helpful and kind, I started wondering if they secretly knew us from somewhere. They even smiled before coffee, which should be an Olympic sport! We had an amazing time both at the hotel and exploring the city. Honestly, we left feeling rested, happy, and already planning our next visit. Huge thanks to the whole team – you guys made us feel like VIPs… or at least VHPs (Very Happy People)!

We visited the hotel shortly before Christmas for the Christmas market in Craiova, and we were more than satisfied. The hotel exceeded our expectations – it was very warm inside, extremely clean, and well organised. The rooms were cosy, and the atmosphere was truly pleasant. The food in the restaurant was incredibly delicious and definitely contributed to our wonderful stay. Honestly, we didn’t expect the hotel to be this nice, but we were absolutely impressed! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Craiova. Highly recommended!

The room was so modern and it exactly fit my style (bonus points for the colour palette, grey is one of my favourite colours for a room). What I liked more than the room actually, were all of the art pieces in the hall, stairs, reception and restaurant. Not only that I am an art fanatic, but I am also in love with greek culture and history, so for me, the whole vibe that the HB blew my mind up. Will totally come back again and recommend the place to acquaintances.

Craoiva is .... odd! But wonderful.

Craoiva is .... odd! But wonderful. I visited for the Shakespeare Festival, and the transformation of the city into a celebration of this ubiquitous British playwright is amazing....THe programming is insane....Lots of kid-friendly stuff, along with hardcore academia, along with music and art...it's an experience.

Beautiful and civilized city ,full of classic buildings, clean everywhere and safe, suitable for relax and enjoy the culture. We enjoyed the parks the pedestrian streets, the car drivers behaviour. The only thing i didnt like was the old sovietic type blocks.

The Christmas market is a scam!

The Christmas market is a scam! Buy food at other restaurants, better and bigger portions for less! Ribs House in particular was a great restaurant, very friendly and welcoming with amazing food, must try the Papanași.
