We stayed overnight at this hotel in a three-bed room and enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The crisp white bed linens, spacious bathroom, friendly staff, and delicious, reasonably priced breakfasts exceeded our expectations. After checking out, we realized we had left some personal belongings in the room. When we contacted the hotel three days later, we were delighted to find that all of our items had been safely kept for us. Thank you very much for the excellent service!

The services provided by Ibis Galati was great! The hotel itself is nice, the room was quite big. We traveled with the dog and we liked that hotel is friendly for pets. Breakfast has different kinds of food, so guests has choice. Personal showed high level! Everyone was attentive to the guests needs. Danube is quite near by and there are nice places to go around the hotel. We enjoyed our stay and appreciate the hospitality. If we travel to Galati again we’ll stay in Ibis only!

Super clean and resting, comfortable bed & bed sheets, quiet if you have a room on the back side of the hotel (not at the front, on the main street), great location (the very centre of the city, close to a small park, the historical centre & close to the Danube riverside). A big plus is they love dogs!

Lovely room. Always cleaned well. The restaurant staff are lovely - they speak English and tolerated my awful Romanian! Specifically, Sandica was wonderful! Such a lovely member of staff, she truly was amazing!

Location: It is quite close to some nice pubs, and the main museums of the city. Staff: They were very helpful and kind. They promptly answered my requests. Breakfast: It was one of the best I had throughout the Balkans. You have 6 options that are lavish. Room: It was big, bright and tidy. It was also quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom: The toilet flushed properly and the shower cabin was of an appropriate size. There was always hot water available.

great place to make a stop for the night. could park my motorbike inside the house fence. uncomplicated check in and check out.
