One of the best things is that they are pet-friendly, which was a huge plus for us. Not only did they allow pets, but they also welcomed our dog into the restaurant. The food was delicious, with many options. The staff was kind, and polite.

The place is clean and meticulous, unusually, everything is in a comfortable, clean and high-quality room. There is a balcony with garden furniture, very comfortable and pleasant. I booked this hotel for my parents and sister, and they had an amazing time. The lady at the reception (night shift) was super nice and attentive. We couldn’t open the door, and she immediately came herself to fix it. The apartment was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. I wish they could have stayed longer because the hotel was truly amazing. The communication via WhatsApp was amazing as well. Until next time!

Everything!!!! The best location, right in the centre of Piatra-Neamț, next to the entrace to telecabina (cable cars). There are a lot of supermarkets and cafeteria nearby - Kaufland, Mall, Lidl, etc... The rooms are spacious and clean!!! The host was welcoming and polite. Parking space in front of the hotel. We will travel again to Piatra-Neamț in summer and we will definitely choose Lido again!!! We can't wait to visit Piatra-Neamț and Cheile Bicazului!!!

Very comfortable and spacious room. Excellent location with wonderful views of the peaks and mountains. Very friendly hosts who also gave many recommendations for hikes. They also have a restaurant next door where we had a delicious dinner and breakfast. Very highly recommend and would love to come back for more hikes and beautiful stay.

It was very clean; all the amenities present - dishawash machine, fridge, cofee machine, tea, coffee, plates and cutlery available in the kitchen. Large living room at the entrance with large tables where you can take your breakfast and dining. Towels and shower gel for bathroom. Balcony with a view.

The location is great, the view in our balcony was superb! Indeed, the carpet is old, the bathroom is basic, but we had hot water & heating. Before you guys, give little stars to this hotel, think that the other 4 stars hotels are much more expensive. The area itself is expensive.

Nice small city with a bit of things to see.

Nice small city with a bit of things to see. The telegondola was worthy, as well as the little coffee shops or restaurant on top of the hill. There are nice walks there too, but didn't have time to profit of them. The coffee shop near the hotel (Dante) had very nice coffee. The Noir restaurant and the italian restaurant Il Viaggio (living room concept) were very good and interesting. The only thing that didn't really appreciate is that in the evening and night there are no interesting places except clubs to go do activities. The escape game was not open on Friday evening and we tried Tequila Bowling but almost noone there.

City close to do many places to visit: fortress, many monasteries with their tranquility and museums ( Agapia, Varatec, Neamt, Sihastria, Sécu, Sihla any many others) , bison reservation, memorial houses ( Ion Creanga, Veronica Micle , Vlahuta , Popa) . There is history at every step. You just need to be mindful of it. Very good food and terrasses . Near by are mountains with natural reservation parks if you like to hike .

Perfect for a 3 days escape, we always make this 3 hours car trip to Durau to relax, as a getaway from the city, it is like a tradition. You have everything in place, always availabilities for room booking, great view and sightseeing, good place to eat, a whole day can be spent outside! You won't feel time passing by! Try it!

The host was available, but the missing cooking tools, no laundry detergent/ no pegs, it was very limiting to enjoy the stay. The host has also cut short our stay and couldn't even enjoy our last breakfast as she came at 6:30 AM overseeing us.

The Bicaz Lake area is nice for nature lovers - a lake with an interesting history, surrounded by splendid mountains. You have the option to do everything by car, access nice restaurants or, at the same time, go into nature, hike, make tours by boat (also on your own).

Dămuc is located inside a valley with some lovely green...

Dămuc is located inside a valley with some lovely green landscape. There are a few hikes available which can be found online in this area. Bigger atractions such as Cheile Bicazului are around the corner which makes it easy to reach in the early morning before the crowds.

Absolutely amazing.

Absolutely amazing. The property and all the facilities look fantastic and function perfectly. Cozy rooms, a very spacious living room with a huge fireplace right in the middle, and a fully equipped kitchen. The sauna is spacious and does its job perfectly. The owners are nearby and respond promptly to every request, so you’re never left on your own. This experience exceeded our expectations. Thank you!

Typical small romanian village close to the lake.

Typical small romanian village close to the lake. Beautiful views, rural vibe. You can find few restaurants and places to sleep. Best access is by car but there are busses available. Pensiunea Ioana is a very nice place to sleep and eat. And for family atmosphere and great hospitality Casa Flory is highly recommended.

July and August weekends are too crowded, better to come Monday to Friday on holiday months. The mountain routes are very beautiful, Bicaz and Bicajel gorges are fantastic and there are one or two decent restaurants

Very nice city, surrounded by hills and great nature, wonderful weather - not too hot in the summer, snowy in the winter. Has few historical places and museums, nice coffee and cakes' houses, nice shopping places. You can have pleasant trips in the nature - on the hills or near the river, or city trips, in the nice parks, and great meals in the restaurants.
