One of the best things is that they are pet-friendly, which was a huge plus for us. Not only did they allow pets, but they also welcomed our dog into the restaurant. The food was delicious, with many options. The staff was kind, and polite.

The breakfast is varied, with fresh and high-quality ingredients. The staff are excellent, very professional, and kind. Special thanks to Cezara, who went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. From the moment we arrived until the time we left, she ensured that all our needs were met and made us feel exceptionally welcome. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the future.

I booked this hotel for my parents and sister, and they had an amazing time. The lady at the reception (night shift) was super nice and attentive. We couldn’t open the door, and she immediately came herself to fix it. The apartment was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. I wish they could have stayed longer because the hotel was truly amazing. The communication via WhatsApp was amazing as well. Until next time!

Rooms are incredibly comfortable and large

I was a bit sceptical about booking here at first. Quite cheap for its location, I thought we’d be disappointed. Thanks God we did it! Very clean, very comfortable, warm and cozy. Staff was friendly and offered us rooms with bathtubs at request. Breakfast is as expected for a three star hotel. Strongly recommend if you visit Piatra Neamț

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect, from the beautiful location and breathtaking views to the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. A special thank you to Daniela, who was wonderful. She shared some lovely stories about the city and the hotel, which made our stay even more special. She was so kind, helpful, and welcoming. The flexible check-in at any time was also extremely helpful, especially when travelling and arriving at different hours. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location and the view are simply amazing — honestly, there are no words to describe how beautiful it is. It is definitely worth staying here, and we would happily come back again. Highly recommended!

Great service, beautiful location

The hotel has been renovated a few years ago, is clean, has enough amenities, including restaurant covering 3 meals a day (not included in booking price), the staff is friendly and accommodating, food is good, lots of parking space, wi-fi available, price is in a good range. Just as information, the building was not projected with an elevator, but this never specifically bothered me.

The place is clean and meticulous, unusually, everything is in a comfortable, clean and high-quality room. There is a balcony with garden furniture, very comfortable and pleasant. The bed is huge and super luxurious linens. The place is also suitable for the disabled, there is only one step at the entrance to the building. I will come back here, happily. Thank you very much.

Excellent location right in the hart of the city. Beautiful renovated old building. Very comfortable bed, large room, nice furniture and furnishings in the room and also in the lobby. Highly recommend
