a truly magical stay at Gura Portiței, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. The natural beauty of the place is breathtaking : where the Danube meets the sea, everything feels peaceful, raw, and alive. The beaches are pristine, the sunsets unforgettable, and the atmosphere incredibly soothing. The staff were kind and helpful, the food was delicious (especially the fresh fish!), and everything was done with simplicity and charm. It felt like stepping into another world so quiet, wild, and far from the noise of modern life. I’m already dreaming of coming back. Thank you for preserving such a unique corner of the world.

It was the greatest resort I ever stayed at (at least till now) The breakfast buffet and restaurants are absolutely great and give a great variaty The staff is amazing and always helpful. The place is wonderful, well maintained and clean My girlfriend absolutely loved all the animals roaming around (especially the cats)

The hospitality was on the top level

Despite the isolation, I was impressed by the picturesque location of the hotel. It's brand new and, although it's not very large, it offers the same level of comfort as large chain hotels, with attention to many small details that make the stay enjoyable. The staff is very friendly and always eager to please the guests.Overall, it's a great place for a stopover on the way from Romania to Ukraine, especially if you're driving and looking for a peaceful place to rest.

Located at the Danube riverfront with amazing view, big hotel (2 connected buildings), lots of space, spacious rooms and bathrooms, everything clean and nice. Decent private parking in front of the hotel, lovely breakfast, friendly and helpful staff

Spacious room, great view from the balcony. The room is equipped with anything you need, a lot of space for luggage. The staff changed our room to provide a new one with balcony at no extra costs. You have anything you need at the restaurant downstairs.

Flory was extremely kind, she helped us a lot with the Danube delta cruise reservations, always ready to help.The hotel is close to the center, the rooms had everything you needed, the air conditioners worked great, the restaurant on the ground floor has a good selection of food.

Everything. It’s one amazing place with such attention to detail and the most amazing staff you could ever wish for.

It was clean, and very peaceful. Quite an experience if you want to disconnect from the world because it’s very remote. Staff was friendly, good food but be ready to have just one course no other options. Clean also.

The location is very nice, you are surrounded by the water, can watch an amazing sunset and take boat trips to explore the delta. You have a nice pool, jacuzzi and sauna, so even if you stay at the location you won’t get bored. The food served at the restaurant was nice too, but take into consideration that the breakfast, lunch and dinner are only served at scheduled times (better to check with the reception beforehand).

The food was excellent and the two waiters were excellent. You couldn't get closer to the river and the views from the balcony superb
