This was a great place and we loved the breakfast! Highly recommend

The stay at this hotel is one big part of our memories in Gotland. The receptionist Ida was amazingly thoughtful and helpful. The building itself is a bit old but has an original atmosphere which we liked it so much. It is a great deal of money considering it includes the delicious morning buffet. I am so glad that I chose this hotel to see my family being excited. Thank you so much for everything!

Room was spacious and well kitted out. Even though the hotel was quite full, we didn't hear a peep out of the other guests at night. Pool was lovely and breakfast had a lot of options. It's also a convenient walk from the town centre and we had no problems getting taxis for when we needed to go further afield.

A beautiful little historic hotel nestled in a walled garden in the north of the amazing Medival town of Visby. Our room was clean, cosy and comfortable.The staff were extremely helpful, giving us good local recommendations and completing bookings. The breakfast was a real highlight with delicious homemade goods and a good range of choices to keep everyone happy. We would definitely recommend Hotel Helgeand Wisby!

The hotel is next to an amusment and waterpark (an entrence ticket needed). The room is a basic modern room. Restaurants and the breakfast a short walk away next to the camping and amusment park. A lot of families with kids. Free parking.

Perfect place good location good buffet

The room was large and comfortable, view on a cobblestoned street, beds were very comfortable, staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was wonderful, loads of choice, ideally located in the medieval town centre.

Hotel was in the historic house, we liked it.

In the middle of old Visby, beatiful and quiet. Not far from public parking (cars are not allowed in old Visby during summer). Shops, bars, restaurants, historical buildings and the wall close by. Lovely breakfast, very good beds.

Great location near the park. Hotel was immaculate and very large, spacious room and bathroom. Breakfast spread was amazing!

Hospitality, location and a generous place to stay.

Our room type was a Standard Double Room, and it was truly spacious, cozy, and beautiful. The breakfast was the highlight, making it our best accommodation experience throughout the entire Europe trip!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is near to the ferry terminal and to all tourist attractions. The breakfast is super delicious. The bed is very comfy.

It's a very cozy hotel close to the beach. We came there by bicycle from Visby, and it was a very pleasant ride with great scenery. There is a parking space for bicycles just outside the hotel, and the neighborhood is very quiet. The breakfast there was delicious, with a good variety of food and pancakes!

The room was lovely and decorated nicely. Beautiful view over the church and sunset at the restaurant.

When I arrived, I was greeted by the owner who walked me through the check in process. She also set me up with a much larger room in a quieter building, because there was a large wedding party staying at the hostel. The rooms were comfortable and the common areas were kept very clean. I also took advantage of the free breakfast and cheap bike rental (150SEK a day). The location is also perfect--it was a 7 minute bike ride to the ferry so that I could explore Faro all day.
