Excellent hotel, nice staff, great food

My stay was absolutely amazing! The hotel is perfectly located close to the center, making it easy to explore the area. The management and staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, always welcoming and ready to assist with any request. Their kindness and attention to detail truly made my experience unforgettable

My favorite part was the breakfast; there was a wide variety of delicious food, and the ambiance was lovely. I also really liked the towels, shampoo, and the room's interior design. We also saw many families staying there, and some people charging their cars, including myself.

The hotel is marvelous, beautiful decoration, clean, spacious and silent. The breakfast is amazing with an incredible amount of different options. The staff is very helpful and polite.

Nice typical Best Western hotel ! Free parking in the hotel parking place. Room was nice. Very good for 1 night. The breakfast very rich on selection !! (We came here after the "Stubbhuggets Lillstuga" story. There no breakfast). Price allmost the same.

Excellent and practical top-of-the-range room and bathroom specification and facilities, exactly as expected by an executive business traveller, even when compared with some of the very best hotels in Stockholm, which it easily beats. By Scandinavian standards, The Dock is certainly outstanding value for money.

We went for a wedding and the staff were so friendly and helpful. they made our stay very comfortable. The place is very simple nothing fancy but very clean.

comfy motel-type room in annex to stately-home hotel; dining, sitting rooms and bar benefit from the 'Slott' ambience. Fine view of lake and landscaped grounds. Breakfast was excellent - wide choice. Restaurant is upmarket, bar-food is also available.

Nice location. Clean and tidy

Very satisfied with the accommodation. We expected less, based on the unreal reviews. Very friendly staff. Great location, with a good and fast train connection to Stockholm. There are bars and shops nearby. The room was in the style of student rooms, which we liked. Towels are changed every day, it is clean. Great breakfast, fresh food and enough of everything. Recommended for families with small children because they can all be together in one room.

Very lovely receptionist, Rita. Breakfast options had great variety and was tasty. Compact room was still spacious for one person.

I loved the quiet area it is located in, very nice for people who don't want to stay in the city and have late night walks. The facility well organised, clean rooms and nice staff. I really enjoyed the sauna and breakfast in the morning was delicious, so much stuff to chose from and variety.

Amazing design all around, really nice discount when booking for the same day. Spa was bigger and nicer than expected.

We loved this hotel and would definitely like to visit again! Very welcoming and homely and we had a delicious dinner outside. We were lucky with the weather and there were plenty of sofas and garden seating to just sit and enjoy the views of the lake and castle.

We arrived to the hotel late and had to leave early the next morning to get to the airport. Seemed like a great place and wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy the area. Staff were very friendly.

Hotel is a good choice to stsy for one night, clean, quite, supermarket is 5 min drive by car, good breakfast.
