The location is just 1 train stop from Changi Airport (MRT-expo station), the Internet is fast, the room is clean, big and has a mini kitchen where you can cook. Situated next to the shopping center and restaurants. Easy train access to everywhere. The towels are so soft, so white. The sheets are so comfortable and clean. Pillows are the best soft. Mildred from the check-in counter was helpful. Breakfast has a lot of choices, but salty beef soup. Otherwise, I will stay here again when I come back and visit Singapore. Highly recommend👍.

Location is 6 minutes walk from Orchard Gateway. Located behind small tailor shop. small restaurant and shopping centre. Very handy to go anywhere. Closest MRT is Somerset station about 8 mins walk. Room is spacious clean staffs are friendly and helpful. They helped us to book the transportation to go to the airport. My daughter left her bag in the lobby but the front Desk team managed to found it and return it back to us. I could not thank them enough for their kindness. We will book again should we go to Singapore next time

Nice small hotel with a very good location. Hotel has a very friendly and helpful staff. Garry was especially helpful. They were able to give us a nice quiet room on the upper floor, Room was large for Singapore Chinatown standards. Bathroom was exceptionally large and lot of light. Room had windows. Bed was comfortable. Room style was not modern but everything in the room worked fine. I've tried most of the hotels in Chinatown and this one has good value for the price. Front desk staff were great.

The sunset from the swimming pool on the top floor is amazing. Nice view, great location, very clean room. This area is perfect, very close to most tourist attractions, very safe location. The hotel staff is great, don't miss the tea ceremony. The coffee and tea in the room was very nice and good taste. Complimentary juices and water in the room freeze are also very welcome. It's a great hotel in an excellent location, I would definitively stay here again if I'm back in Singapore.

This is the second time I have stayed here. I love the rooms with their mini kitchens, it’s definitely great not to have to eat out all of the time. This property is conveniently situated in Little India, an exciting neighbourhood full of shops selling fresh produce. There are two MRT stations Rochor and Little India which are really close by and can easily take you to the main attractions of Singapore. Loved the pool too. Beautifully maintained and clean. Would definitely recommend.

Location of property is 1 block away from Orchard Road and very prime, walking distance from bus stop(100m) and MRT (500m), 7/11 store just 700m away and restaurants closeby 313 Somerset mall (MRT station building). Closest MRT was Somerset as well as Orchard Road, very well connected Hotel. Staff at breakfast and reception was very cordial and helpful. Breakfast was a wide range of english, malay (rice,noodles,chicken curry), singaporean food. Room was well kept and spacious.

It was my first time in Singapore and found good reviews online of Furama riverfront hotel decided to stay at this place and it meet all my expectations location was great and staff are also accommodating Paula even gave my son a Furama lion stuff toy and assisted us in booking taxi, even the bell boy staffs were also helpful (wasn't able to get their name ).Definitely recommend this place to my friends and relatives.

It’s location was excellent. Close to MRT and in walking distance of hawker markets, Marina Bay, lovely parks, etc. Bonus was the ability to do our laundry with the in-room washer/dryer which enabled us to pack less. They even provide a drying rack upon request. We’re so glad we chose to stay here. The staff, especially Anthony, were so helpful and friendly and made our stay in Singapore very special and memorable.

Located at the heart of Singapore close to Suntec and National Library. Hotel is newly opened so room looks new and modern. Room access is through their phone app, which is really advanced. Room is compact and cosy for solo traveller like me. There is an authentic Hainanese Chicken Rice store just around the corner. Taste really good and there is local teh and kopi served there as well. Overall, superb experience!

The location very convenient for my purposes, basically a day trip in Singapore befiore my departure. Hotel very well located 10 min drive to the airport, metro station and big mall just in front, as well as many restaurants. Staff very helpful snd they let me check in early, which I highly appreciated.

Location is AMAZING! Joo Chiat is the best location to stay, and very close to the big tourist attractions like Marina Bay and Gardens By the Bay. The hotel itself is simple and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel is a good value considering how expensive Singapore is.

Hotel looks recently renovated, everything is new. Studio unit has all the necessary amenities for short term stay, e.g. induction cooker, washing machine, ironing board. Located in what I find the most liveable area in Singapore, along the east coast park. Bus stops to city centre nearby.

Cleanliness. Hotel has the water filter in the bathroom so you can save money for drinking water. Perfect for staying if you looking for really clean hotel with this price in Singapore. Friendly staff, especially Ms. Kaylee n Mr. Aimson. They gave me good support on my payment needs.

I like that it’s very near Bugis MRT Station and Bugis Mall, it’s practically accessible to anywhere in Singapore. I also like Vincent, the friendliest and most helpful staff in all of Singapore. He goes out of his way to help their guests and he has their best interest!

Location of the hotel is very convenience and buffet dinner and breakfast is fantastic. Room is big and comfortable. My brother-in-law is very happy with the hotel room. He says that this hotel is the most comfortable and nice hotel he ever stay in Singapore.

The staff are great, the facility is okay, and its always clean. Being next to the MRT and bus station is a plus. We are just 9 mins walking distance away from Bugis Junction 🥰. When I visit Singapore I will definitely check in at V Hotel Bencoolen again.

The room was clean. Good shower. Single bed OK . Young Staff at front desk arrogant and unpleasant beyond belief. Made me feel , coming in early from an overnight flight just a blasted nuisance. Shame on you Singapore. You used to be much better.

Location was excellent as we used public transport to travel around Singapore. The use of the executive lounge was above our expectations and our waiter was professional and very attentive. Breakfast was plentiful and catered for many cultures.

Strategic location. Easy access to bus stops and MRT station, very convenient to get to Singapore’s primary landmarks. Convenience store & supermarket are also just a few steps away. Cleanliness and comfort are also top notch.
