We had some awesome dessert for dinner. They actually take part in numerous national and regional competitions and it shows in the quality of their food. Very friendly staff. A very nice view (including gorgeous sunrise and sunset - that is actually what the name Zarja means in Slovenian) and, as you are practically in the middle of a forest, the air is really fresh and at night you can see more stars than usual.

Everything was excellent! Stay was great! Room was small but nice. Excellent air conditioning. Breakfast was very nice. Sitting on the entry patio in the early evening was a bonus.

Excellent and helpful staff, big parking, quiet location and nature. Breakfast was also perfect and free coffee, tea etc.
I travelled in wintertime, so I really appreciated big wardrobes - enough space to put the warm clothes. Also I liked big radiators in the bathroom and in the room (to make the clothes dry. I loved the swimming pool - it is free for hotel guests. The staff at the reception was REALLy helpful. Perfect location - 200 m to the ski school and the slopes plus a free shuttle bus to Areh (another slopes). Cable car to the city of Maribor.

A beautiful place to stay, is near sky like 7 minute with car, near mall. The room was clean, quite and nice.
The staff was amazing!!! So polite, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also incredible, as they made us coffee as per our liking and the egg omelette as well, which was completely unexpected, so we enjoyed the breakfast very much. The food was fresh and the juice bottles refilled when needed. An amazing place with the friendliest staff❤️

This is not first time that we are here and defently not the last time. Amazing hotel with exccelent studio apartments. Rooms are clean and everything is highclass. Nice view and it is close to nature and ski zones. Peace and nature every morning with coffe on balcony.

This lovely family run business is friendly clean and as we booked out on Monday 3rd June they even gave 3 us water for the journey, so kind 😀 we would really like to visit Slovenia again to see more of the wonderful landscape x
The location is a piece of Heaven on Earth The house in the tree is spotless and very elegant and nice. Impressive - given that it’s outdoors and it’s been already for some years - it looks brand new. Congrats to the staff - for sure it takes great effort to maintain it so spotless !!!
