Clean, quiet and close to everywhere you want to go. My train arrived early and I wanted to drop my bag off to explore the city until the designated check in time. I was in luck as they checked to see if any rooms were ready and there was one. Very helpful staff!

Greatest location in the center of the town, everything reachable in minutes! Nice design, good food, smoking area in the bar behind the restaurant. Staff are friendly, the breakfast is perfect. Comfortable bed, clean room, amenities, parking available! Sure will go again!

Very nice rooms, exceptional breakfast, very kind staff

We were fortunate enough to be upgraded to the apartment (611) and it was superb. The staff were friendly, helpful throughout and assisted with all enquiries. Breakfast buffet was good and as expected for Europe. The hotel is in a great location to explore Bratislava and the local area. Also numerous fantastic coffee shops nearby. Thoroughly recommend. This hotel is truly a hidden gem and offers outstanding value for the price. Our room was spacious, spotless, and felt brand new. Everything was modern, stylish, and thoughtfully designed, with a beautiful view overlooking the hotel's garden. The bathroom was also large and featured a contemporary walk-in shower that was both practical and elegant. It was clear that the hotel genuinely cares about guests' comfort. Every area was impeccably clean, and the attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were kind, friendly, and always willing to help. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of delicious options to choose from each morning. The location is a little outside the city center, but this was not an issue at all. Bolt taxis were inexpensive, costing around €4.60 to reach most parts of the city, making it easy and affordable to get around. The only small improvement I would suggest is adding a refrigerator and a tea/coffee maker to the rooms. Other than that, everything was exceptional. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a modern, comfortable hotel at a great price.

Warm welkom , car park in front, nice beds , and the breakfast was subliem

The hotel is 2 bus stops (3 minutes) away from the airport. Very convenient for someone looking to spend the night after a late flight. Rooms are clean, comfy and warm. Staff is very polite.

Staff were exceptional especially those at reception. I could not praise them enough. Breakfast was plentiful with good choice. I read some negative reviews as well as positive reviews before my stay but I cannot recommend this hotel more highly.
