The place is a bit far from the shopping center. The place is quiet and secluded among the guests, a small pool and excellent staff It should be noted that fern she was amazing and helped me in everything possible, including picking up and dropping off from the airport.

Nice location. great houseowners. clean and quite rooms and pool. we were planning to stay there for 5 nights but as soon as we met with the owners we decided to stay longer. Everyone we met was so friendly kind and nice. You can ask anything you need from them they will help you. Location is great very close to chaweng beach but away from the crowd and noies. rooms are clean and in the kitchen you got everything you need. we had a wonderful vacation staying at chawengdeep. If you want a calm and relaxing time we %100 recommend.

The location of this Beach Club is awesome. It is right on the main road which is great for parties, restaurants and cafes, and the ambience post evening in the hotel is amazing. The fire show post evening on the beach is really good. It's beautiful. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the bathroom likewise. The staff were very friendly.

The Stay Chaweng is the perfect hotel in the perfect location! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the amenities as well as location to everything. We also loved that the beach is right on their doorstep! We hope to visit Koh Samui again and will make sure to book The Stay again. The female dorm room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the shared bathrooms were fairly clean. The pool and resturant areas were great for socializing and the hostel staff held various events for people to get to meet others. It was a great social hostel!

Superb accommodation, that looks exactly like the photographs. The staff were amazing and helpful with our one year old daughter. Upon check-in, you can choose your pillow & the smell of soap/bodylotion you prefer in your room. Also, SALA provides an app that you can use throughout your stay to communicate with the staff about housekeeping/restaurants reservations and everything else you can think of. Amazing and very responsive service. During our stay in Thailand, we stayed in various 5-star resorts, but this was by far the best hotel we stayed in. We will definitely return to Koh Samui and to SALA Chaweng specifically. We highly recommend this hotel! Also, short walk to Chaweng center + 24/7 supermarket in front of the resort. The Tent serves very good breakfast, lunch and dinner with amazing views.

The resort was phenomenal. Everything exceeded our expectations from the room to the breakfast to the service. We booked the sea facing villa which had a huge bedroom, opens to the private pool and overlooks the sea. The bedroom and bathroom were very spacious (the bath had 2 standing showers and 1 bath tub) and even the private pool was pretty huge. The facility is in great condition and everything worked fine. The breakfast was very grand and had a lot of options. We were greeted with welcome drinks and since we were on our honeymoon, we got complementary cake and decor for the room. We couldn't do a dinner at the beach (needs to be booked separately) so they were kind enough to setup a table in our villa. Overall a great experience with friendly staff and amazing views.

We booked a room with a pool and a sea view, and the view was truly breathtaking. We thoroughly enjoyed our private pool. Breakfast was included in the price and was delicious, but make sure to arrive before 9:30 am as the selection can be quite limited afterward. We also rented a scooter from the hotel, which we were happy with. The staff was polite, helpful, and approachable. The entire resort is very beautiful.

Chaweng is fantastic, full of nice bars and restaurants. Lively bar/club street in the centre. Beach is beautiful and stretches miles. Negatives are the pavements, they have just slapped electric meters all over, cracked and missing paving so its not too safe. Constant weed/massage shops which are annoying to walk past.

Chaweng Noi Beach was one of my favorite spots on Koh Samui.

Chaweng Noi Beach was one of my favorite spots on Koh Samui. It’s incredibly beautiful — soft white sand, calm turquoise water, and a peaceful atmosphere that feels like a little escape from the busier parts of the island. I loved how quiet and relaxed it was, perfect for swimming or just lying under the sun. The view with the green hills around was stunning. That said, it’s not the best during low tide — the rocks and coral can make it tricky to get in the water. Also, there’s not much going on nearby in terms of shops or nightlife, and some areas can get a bit pricey because of the luxury resorts. Still, for a calm beach day with amazing views, I’d go back in a heartbeat.

I read a lot of reviews about the amazing beaches of Koh Samui. I tried many of them and I can tell with confidence that Chaweng was the best by miles. I was based in Chaweng and I though to check the other beaches. I walked all over Lamai, which is very panoramic, but there is a constant stink wherever you go and the beach inside has a lot of corals/rocks that will probably hurt your feet. Crystal Bay was tiny, not comfortable because of the corals and overcrowded. I didnt see Fisherman Village beach while the others on the east side looked dirty. Choose Chaweng

I wouldn't go back.

I wouldn't go back. I was so disappointed by Koh Samui, I thought it was a nice place to go but aside from beautiful beaches and the views from the mountains, its really rough and run down. Chaweng itself is like Magaluf. The strip is awful. But if you like that then you'd probably like it but not being a drinker or a partier I really hated it. We did however eat at some really great restaurants all over Koh Samui

I am astounded that more British people, especially families...

I am astounded that more British people, especially families, don't take family holidays in Chaweng. It has everything, and it is so cheap compared to Spain or the Caribbean. I think maybe people think Thailand isn't safe? Nonsense, if so. It feels like the safest place I've ever been.

It is beautiful, wonderful, crystal clear, turquoise water.

It is beautiful, wonderful, crystal clear, turquoise water. Do NOT let the reviews that say that this beach is "busy, loud, too crowded" deter you from coming. We were here in January-February during peak season and it was perfect! Never too crowded and never too empty. Perfect in my experience, I would come back. I did not prefer nor enjoy Lamai beach (supposed to be better, but I disagree).
