Everything! Joy, the owner, is absolutely amazing in every way. She helped us with everything, advised us, perfect communication. We felt at home. The rest of her family and the staff were very friendly as well. The whole property is new and you can see that they take care of it with love. If you prefer peace, a friendly family atmosphere, to megalomaniac hotel complexes, then this is the best choice. The room actually looks even better than in the photo and it smelled nice, the view from the terrace was of a small garden. The beds and pillows are super comfortable. Nothing disturbs you from a peaceful sleep. Cleaned every day. Beautiful, super clean pool with pleasantly refreshing water (the water is slightly salty, which is great). You can have great food and drinks right at the accommodation. A great idea was the billiards :). Walk to the center takes about 10-15 minutes (depending on where you want to go). There is everything in the area from restaurants, bars, shops, massages. You can rent a scooter directly at the accommodation, which we used :) to explore the island. It is an oasis of peace set in a picturesque garden and still close to the center and the airport or the lake, where there is great night market. Definitely one of the best accommodations, for all my stays in Thailand over the last 15 years. It is clear from the photos that there are animals - dogs in the common areas. They are very friendly females, who are part of the family and for me it is another contribution to the pleasant well-being. If you don't like animals, just don't come here and don't complain. We will definitely come back here next time.

Beautiful property right on Chaweng beach which is the best and most lively area to stay at in Koh Samui. The location was spot on, their restaurant opened up to the beach and the lobby opened up to the Main Street, a minute away from the shopping stalls, bars, restaurants, cafe’s- anything you could ask for. The rooms were spacious, clean and had the necessary amenities. The breakfast was delicious despite the limited options- everything was fresh and flavourful. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was very comfortable and clean, and cleaning service was great each day. The location of the hotel is amazing, close to many restaurants and shops, plenty of transport available to move around the island, and the beach is a short walk from the rooms. Chaweng beach is great for spending the whole day relaxing and also for drinks and music at night. Additional services, such as airport transfer were great as well.

Arrival & Check-In: We were warmly welcomed by the soft-spoken and friendly staff, who offered us a comfortable place to sit and provided cold refreshments while we checked in. This was a wonderful first impression. Jenine, who assisted us, escorted us to our room with professionalism and care. Initial Room Experience: While settling into our room, I noticed a malfunction with the mosquito plug, which suddenly blew up. This incident understandably made me apprehensive about staying in the room. Thankfully, Jenine handled the situation with composure, promptly informing the management and ensuring the room was made unavailable for thorough inspection. She quickly arranged for a new room, making us feel reassured and cared for during what could have been a stressful situation. Service Excellence: The service throughout our stay was exceptional. Jenine went above and beyond, guiding us to restaurants, coordinating laundry requests, and organizing our airport shuttle. A special shoutout goes to Joy and the executive chef, who truly amazed us with their thoughtfulness. For our early morning flight, I requested a simple mango sticky rice and cappuccino as a to-go meal. To my surprise, they prepared four thoughtfully curated breakfast boxes, including my favorite Thai dishes like massaman curry and plain fried rice. This level of care and attention was far beyond what I expected. The crew near the beach also stood out for their approachability and attentiveness to guests’ needs, adding to the overall sense of hospitality. Similarly, the breakfast service team provided exceptional service, with Mint and Chiui standing out for their attentiveness and efficiency. The breakfast buffet itself deserves praise.

This hotel was amazing! Staff were so so lovely all the time. Most rooms are up a steep hill, the hotel use golf carts to transport guests around the resort. Staff so helpful and always have a smile on their face. Not too far away from the town. We stayed in the honeymoon suite and the views were breathtaking worth getting a sea room view! The food here was lovely we tried both restaurants. The pools are so nice overlooking the beautiful views of Koh samui. We had the best time and cannot wait to return in the future.

The Library is a true gem on the hotel map of Koh Samui. The Secret Pool Villas are the perfect way to spend a holiday in an intimate, beautiful, and design-forward setting. Probably the most Instagrammable hotel ever :) The staff is incredibly friendly, and the coffee at breakfast is the best we had in Thailand :) Great location. A perfect week.
