Noi and Luca were very helpful and super friendly with me. You can ask them anything they will try their best to help you. There is even a catering service downstairs when you go down there is the Pandora café shop you can have breakfast, lunch... very welcoming.

Location staff cleanliness pool everything was fantastic . My 16yr old was over the moon that it was love island themed. We had VIP room 1 ( not pre booked) so that was an added bonus . Overlooked the pool and beach . Thought it would be too noisy at night as the music fireworks and party goes on later on the beach but it was fine there was good sound proof . Going back 2027 and will be booking again 👌👌👌 food and drinks very reasonable too.

Excellent value for money. The hotel is spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff members are very kind and helpful. It feels like a little oasis in the middle of a party area. Beach towels are offered daily, and there's direct beach access through the Chaweng Garden Resort, as well as access to the resort facilities. It's next to the Ark Bar, making it a perfect spot for people who want to stay at a rather quiet place but still in Chaweng centre and next to party places. There are planes flying right over the resort, but it didn't bother me at all, since I'm not noise sensitive.

Welcoming and polite staff. The room was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The service was excellent. There is a swimming pool with towels included, and a small “supermarket” where you can buy fresh croissants, muffins, and other items. You receive credits to use there during your stay. Free parking is available, including overnight parking in the lot next to the hotel.

Chewang is easy to get around by foot.

Chewang is easy to get around by foot. The shopping strip is long but the pavements are very poor and are tripping hazards. There are many different restaurants to eat and drink. There is a lot of choice.

Chaweng Noi Beach was one of my favorite spots on Koh Samui.

Chaweng Noi Beach was one of my favorite spots on Koh Samui. It’s incredibly beautiful — soft white sand, calm turquoise water, and a peaceful atmosphere that feels like a little escape from the busier parts of the island. I loved how quiet and relaxed it was, perfect for swimming or just lying under the sun. The view with the green hills around was stunning. That said, it’s not the best during low tide — the rocks and coral can make it tricky to get in the water. Also, there’s not much going on nearby in terms of shops or nightlife, and some areas can get a bit pricey because of the luxury resorts. Still, for a calm beach day with amazing views, I’d go back in a heartbeat.

Chaweng is fantastic, full of nice bars and restaurants.

Chaweng is fantastic, full of nice bars and restaurants. Lively bar/club street in the centre. Beach is beautiful and stretches miles. Negatives are the pavements, they have just slapped electric meters all over, cracked and missing paving so its not too safe. Constant weed/massage shops which are annoying to walk past.

I wouldn't go back.

I wouldn't go back. I was so disappointed by Koh Samui, I thought it was a nice place to go but aside from beautiful beaches and the views from the mountains, its really rough and run down. Chaweng itself is like Magaluf. The strip is awful. But if you like that then you'd probably like it but not being a drinker or a partier I really hated it. We did however eat at some really great restaurants all over Koh Samui

I read a lot of reviews about the amazing beaches of Koh Samui. I tried many of them and I can tell with confidence that Chaweng was the best by miles. I was based in Chaweng and I though to check the other beaches. I walked all over Lamai, which is very panoramic, but there is a constant stink wherever you go and the beach inside has a lot of corals/rocks that will probably hurt your feet. Crystal Bay was tiny, not comfortable because of the corals and overcrowded. I didnt see Fisherman Village beach while the others on the east side looked dirty. Choose Chaweng

It is beautiful, wonderful, crystal clear, turquoise water. Do NOT let the reviews that say that this beach is "busy, loud, too crowded" deter you from coming. We were here in January-February during peak season and it was perfect! Never too crowded and never too empty. Perfect in my experience, I would come back. I did not prefer nor enjoy Lamai beach (supposed to be better, but I disagree).
