Liked everything about this place, it really is so laid back and super comfortable. The staff were perfect , very welcoming and helpful.The restaurant does great food and coffee also. Everywhere is very clean and tidy, my room was spotless. I have travelled around Thailand quite a bit in the last 30 years and this place will be a favourite for sure.

I liked the music in the beach club, nice personnel and amazing food at the bar. The rooms are spacious with the terrace, there is also netflix on the TV. The bathrooms also big, there are shower creams and shampoos also. The fireshows were cool.

We absolutely loved our stay from the first second on. The check in was really professional and fast. When we arrived the room was very clean and well prepared for us. I loved the design of the room. The breakfast was really good, I am a total breakfast person so during all our stay I tried so many delicious options. We also tried the restaurant for lunch and dinner and really liked it. The beach area was amazing, always clean and they have very comfy sun beds. And the final and absolutely best part of the stay was the stuff of the hotel. The stuff was so kind, respectful and helpful, they always called us by our names and took care of us so well. especially I will never forget Miss Tik, she is just such a good and positive person that totally loves her job, I really hope to meet her again in my life. we were really sad when our time was over. they are renovating some of the rooms right now, we didn’t hear any noise to be honest, all of that was handled really professional and it’s nice to see that after the Covid crises the hotel finally can continue with its work. My boyfriend and me definitely don’t understand the criticism of some other guests ( I mean everyone is different sure) but they are really doing everything to improve and we should not forget that the past 3 years were quite hard for the hotel industry. we really can’t wait to come back! thank you for everything.

Most amazing view that we had on Koh Samui! Most comfortable bed that we had in all of our hotels in Thailand! Most amazing opening hours for the pool (until 10pm... this is fabulous!) Staff was very helpful, breakfast was amazing free refill of juice and coffee and very very friendly staff in restaurant. Staff at reception was very friendly and helped us with Transports, Laundry and everything we needed. You can refill water for free at reception, Minibar prices are good. Of course since there is a lot of "Jungle" near the JungleClub you should bring some Mosquito repellent ;-). Also it was offered freely at Dining in the restaurant which is a great idea. To mention is also you have free transport down the hill where it is then easy to get a grab etc. and also most drivers will drive you up the hill anyways... We are really thankful for the amazing services and friendly people that work there!

It was a great hotel at the end of Chaweng beach. Our suitcases did not arrive for 30 hours, but the hotel provided most items as standard. The staff were helpful & friendly & helped in retrieving our cases. The toiletries in the bathroom were numerous, they provided outside flip flops, slippers, a beach bag & beach towels. The room was spacious, comfortable & clean. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choices for me. We would definitely stay here again.

The place is just sooo beautiful. Excellent location, great rooms (they are very well decorated, they seem to be very new and they were super clean, there was a great smell there too) and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We had an amazing time there. They have every evening a pool party there until 2am and it was super fun! I've stayed 20 days in Thailand and for me, this was the best hotel during my trip and I would totally recommend it :).

Simply wonderful. They were very kind and arrange the room for my birthday and even gave me a cake!! So sweet!! Chaweng is fantastic, full of nice bars and restaurants.

Chaweng is fantastic, full of nice bars and restaurants. Lively bar/club street in the centre. Beach is beautiful and stretches miles. Negatives are the pavements, they have just slapped electric meters all over, cracked and missing paving so its not too safe. Constant weed/massage shops which are annoying to walk past.

Chaweng Noi Beach was one of my favorite spots on Koh Samui.

Chaweng Noi Beach was one of my favorite spots on Koh Samui. It’s incredibly beautiful — soft white sand, calm turquoise water, and a peaceful atmosphere that feels like a little escape from the busier parts of the island. I loved how quiet and relaxed it was, perfect for swimming or just lying under the sun. The view with the green hills around was stunning. That said, it’s not the best during low tide — the rocks and coral can make it tricky to get in the water. Also, there’s not much going on nearby in terms of shops or nightlife, and some areas can get a bit pricey because of the luxury resorts. Still, for a calm beach day with amazing views, I’d go back in a heartbeat.

I read a lot of reviews about the amazing beaches of Koh Samui. I tried many of them and I can tell with confidence that Chaweng was the best by miles. I was based in Chaweng and I though to check the other beaches. I walked all over Lamai, which is very panoramic, but there is a constant stink wherever you go and the beach inside has a lot of corals/rocks that will probably hurt your feet. Crystal Bay was tiny, not comfortable because of the corals and overcrowded. I didnt see Fisherman Village beach while the others on the east side looked dirty. Choose Chaweng

I wouldn't go back.

I wouldn't go back. I was so disappointed by Koh Samui, I thought it was a nice place to go but aside from beautiful beaches and the views from the mountains, its really rough and run down. Chaweng itself is like Magaluf. The strip is awful. But if you like that then you'd probably like it but not being a drinker or a partier I really hated it. We did however eat at some really great restaurants all over Koh Samui

I am astounded that more British people, especially families...

I am astounded that more British people, especially families, don't take family holidays in Chaweng. It has everything, and it is so cheap compared to Spain or the Caribbean. I think maybe people think Thailand isn't safe? Nonsense, if so. It feels like the safest place I've ever been.

It is beautiful, wonderful, crystal clear, turquoise water. Do NOT let the reviews that say that this beach is "busy, loud, too crowded" deter you from coming. We were here in January-February during peak season and it was perfect! Never too crowded and never too empty. Perfect in my experience, I would come back. I did not prefer nor enjoy Lamai beach (supposed to be better, but I disagree).
