This place really is a hidden gem. Fabulously modern but luxuriously comfortable. The grounds and pools are lovely, private access to beach via steps. Great swimming pools and sitting areas. I had a massage in a private area but open to hear the sound of the waves-really lovely. Only 5 rooms so staff incredibly attentive. Breakfast very nice, well cooked and made to order. Rooms all have sea view, own terrace but far enough apart to be unaware of other people. I would come back in a heartbeat

Unfortunately, we booked our stay at Cascade Tara for only three nights, which turned out to be a strategic mistake. Due to already paid onward accommodation, we were unable to extend our stay – and we deeply regret it. From start to finish, this hotel was absolutely extraordinary. From the very first moment, we were welcomed by Pam at the reception, a person who seems like he never sleeps – because he is ready to help 24 hours a day. An incredible human being who was always exactly where he was needed, and who also had a wonderful, natural connection with our children. His kindness and attentiveness made our stay even more special. We chose this accommodation because we wanted to be close to elephants, but we never imagined we would be this close. The Elephant Kingdom Sanctuary, a rescue center, is located right next to the resort, which means elephants can be seen throughout the entire day directly from the hotel. Pam also showed us the best spots from which to observe them, and you even have the opportunity to see the elephants twice a day from very close distance when they walk from their home area to the feeding enclosure where visitors can feed them. The hotel has a beautiful swimming pool, which was especially loved by our children. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding – a rich buffet combined with an à la carte menu, all included in the price. There is also the option to prepare fresh juices from fruits and vegetables. You can comfortably stay in the breakfast restaurant throughout the entire morning, which we actually did one day while helping our son with his schoolwork. Some guests mentioned in reviews that the restaurant is expensive, but it is important to say that this is not a roadside food stall, but a very nice, high-quality restaurant. In fact, we found the prices to be very reasonable, which pleasantly surprised us. A huge bonus was the hotel transfer to 7-Eleven and back for just 50 THB. An incredible service!!!

Moss arranged us private muay thai classes in our villa, and was very helpful ensuring we have best experience. our room, pool area, restaurants - everything top tier. no loud music, other guests as well very mindful. amazing place to relax and enjoy Samui.

It is better to see and experience something once than to hear about it a thousand times. This is probably one of our most unforgettable trips we had with my wife. Baan Hin Sai Resort and Spa is one of the best resorts we have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve their guests. From the balcony, we could view the sea and feel the cool breeze. The location of our room was stunning. A very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relief to walk in such a quiet and surrounded by lots of trees that makes a peaceful environment. Indeed, a piece of paradise in the region. We must say the location of the resort is the best place to unwind, for self-care and to escape from the hassle and bustle of the urban lifestyle. A well-trained massage services in-house. Luckily we met Mr. JJ, the manager of Baan Hin Sai Resort and Spa. He briefed us about a few places to visit while spending our holiday in Ko Samui. He made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Big thanks and respect to you. Mr. JJ, you do a great job. Excellent hospitality. Keep it up with your entire team! 👒🧢

I had an excellent stay at OZO Koh Samui. The hotel is very well maintained, clean, modern, and pleasant, you can really feel that everything is well managed and cared for down to the details. The location is excellent, right on the beach and close to everything, which makes the stay very easy and relaxing. One of the biggest highlights is the staff, who are incredibly kind and professional. A special thank you to Annie and Nickie, always smiling, attentive, and ready to help. They truly made the stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

It was a great hotel at the end of Chaweng beach. Our suitcases did not arrive for 30 hours, but the hotel provided most items as standard. The staff were helpful & friendly & helped in retrieving our cases. The toiletries in the bathroom were numerous, they provided outside flip flops, slippers, a beach bag & beach towels. The room was spacious, comfortable & clean. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choices for me. We would definitely stay here again.

The place is beautiful, lots of things to do on the property and very clean. Having an elevator was great. There’s laundry in the building and a water dispenser. Bathrooms nice and clean, dorms as well. Each bed has curtains, a mirror and a shelf, which I found very useful.

Busy and noisy and crazy but loved it

Busy and noisy and crazy but loved it Pavements are like pathetic so keep your eyes down and ahead because no section of pavement is safe, pipes posts broken paving, high drops down not suitable for easy walking but it’s Samui lol.

Chaweng Noi Beach was one of my favorite spots on Koh Samui.

Chaweng Noi Beach was one of my favorite spots on Koh Samui. It’s incredibly beautiful — soft white sand, calm turquoise water, and a peaceful atmosphere that feels like a little escape from the busier parts of the island. I loved how quiet and relaxed it was, perfect for swimming or just lying under the sun. The view with the green hills around was stunning. That said, it’s not the best during low tide — the rocks and coral can make it tricky to get in the water. Also, there’s not much going on nearby in terms of shops or nightlife, and some areas can get a bit pricey because of the luxury resorts. Still, for a calm beach day with amazing views, I’d go back in a heartbeat.

Its truly one of the best beaches on earth - its not rough in the gulf mostly protected from the wider open oceans, This place pulls me like a magnet to get back there at every opportunity. I love swimming here. My Ptrs Mama was able to come swim with our security for the first time in her life - Magic Happens in Koh Samui & Chaweng.

I wouldn't go back. I was so disappointed by Koh Samui, I thought it was a nice place to go but aside from beautiful beaches and the views from the mountains, its really rough and run down. Chaweng itself is like Magaluf. The strip is awful. But if you like that then you'd probably like it but not being a drinker or a partier I really hated it. We did however eat at some really great restaurants all over Koh Samui

Hotel was at the quiet north end of Chaweng but the centre was walkable. At the end of the road it was easy to get a sangtow for a ride there or anywhere else on the island. Beware the center of Chaweng as it is directly under the flight path from Ko Samui airport. South end of Chaweng was quieter. Climate is far better than Bangkok. Cooler with more breeze.

It is beautiful, wonderful, crystal clear, turquoise water.

It is beautiful, wonderful, crystal clear, turquoise water. Do NOT let the reviews that say that this beach is "busy, loud, too crowded" deter you from coming. We were here in January-February during peak season and it was perfect! Never too crowded and never too empty. Perfect in my experience, I would come back. I did not prefer nor enjoy Lamai beach (supposed to be better, but I disagree).
