The owners are super friendly and gentle. The mini bus from Chumphon pier drove us directly to the hotel. The hotel owner drove us to a near restaurant, cheap and tasty, and then he also drove us to the airport in the morning. Perfect stay!

A stop over on our way to Khao Sok. The owner was so helpful and was there to welcome us as we arrived. Though there was not a restaurant on site he pointed us down the beach to a lovely beach bar.

the staff there is helpful... we have a chat with owner there about economy... social issues.. etc... the staff there is educational... also she recommend me to some place for sightseeing... it is good for transit and their windows is high quality.. thats why even they r near highway but the noise is very small. its good that hotel have considered that. tv support youtube also which is great for foreigner.

Location is great. The room is clean, nice staff and they also provide breakfast drinks and snacks which are in good quality. Will be perfect if they could change a softer pillow in the room but I did not ask a new one as I already arrived late in the night. Will stay there again for my stop at Chumphon.

The whole New York loft vibe works well with lots a great detail in the overall design. Feels quite different to a lot of other places we have stayed in Thailand. Rooms are generous in size and quiet and there are places to sit outside of your room which I loved.

The location was just what we needed, because it is just five minutes from the Lomprayah pier and yet, very quiet and only 50 m from the beach. So it is nice to stay before you take the boat and you can have a fantastic Pad Thai in the little hotel restaurant. There were facilities to make yourself coffee at 6 in the morning when heading for the ferry. The staff is very friendly and helpful in booking you a ticket even if the internet blocks the site. The lady at the desk is well informed and devoted to her job, she can give you hints on transportation and accomodation. Our room had a balcony with side sea view.

The staff was incredibly friendly and treated us like family. The rooms were clean, and the shower had great pressure and hot water. We had an early morning flight and the hotel arranged a cheap shared shuttle van for us, and since we left before breakfast started, they packed a breakfast bento for us with a generous portion, and even accommodated our vegan diet. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again the next time I travel from Koh Tao back to Bangkok!

Lovely peaceful place. Big room with sitting area and dressing table. Windows that open. Continental breakfast included. I was happy to be checked in early since I arrived very early. The staff especially Nee, sorry not sure how to spell her name, was so friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again if I am ever in Chumphon. Thank you 🙂

Amazing staff! We arrived in late at night and a hotel staff member kindly picked us up from the train station! Room was big , lovely bathroom , only stayed one night as we were going to the islands so didn’t get to see any of chumphon!

Quiet place far away from the tourist crowds.

Quiet place far away from the tourist crowds. Great beaches, nearly empty, amazing vegetation with lots of interesting places to see nearby. A good base to go exploring more south (we had a rental car) and close to the Myanmar border with all those hills. Would highly recommend the area for people who wnat to see a more genuine Thailand than the Phukets of the world.

We stayed for 5 nights.

We stayed for 5 nights. The beach is lovely with soft white sand. There were plenty of local restaurants close to the beach and also western food. There were only a few small shops. Transport into Chumphon costs 300 Thai baht by taxi. There is a really good weekend night market in Chumphon with a huge variety of freshly cooked food.

There are many unique places to visit, many beautiful...

There are many unique places to visit, many beautiful islands, and scenic spots. I eed to rents a car and drives yourself to visit more tan 10 attractions wic are far apart. Traveling to see the various islands, snorkeling, swimming, and seeing the beauty of the various islands requires Local noat Tour to take you there.

Actually it took me longer to get ther & cost more because of a misguided email from Booking.com “ Thank you for booked The Beach Resort & Residence . For any assistance , please contact us at 0654313005 . Transfer from the Chumphon pier to the hotel, you may buy the ticket at pier to be drop off at the hotel by minivan taxi. “ This information is NOT correct and I wasted time & money

Our stay in Chumphon was exactly as we anticipated, our reason for visiting was to stay at fisherman’s home stay, which was superb, we stayed an extra night in the town to catch an early morning train to Trang, this allowed us to witness the people of Chumphon setting up the food markets at 03.00 in the morning, brilliant.
