The pictures do not convey how gorgeous this hotel really is! Amazing amenities, friendly and hospitable staff, beautiful and well-maintained gardens, and an incredible big pool that looks super scenic at night are just some of the highlights that come to my mind. Every day the staff brought us some complimentary delicacies to our room, it was so lovely! There is a nice shop at the reception where I could buy local ceramics and fabrics. The staff were very responsive to our wishes and always treated us with respect and kindness while catering to our wishes. The breakfast was great! And the facial treatment in the spa is a definite recommend. The atmosphere of the hotel is overall very zen, and there is purposeful ambient lighting in all indoor and outdoor areas of the hotel. In every little design element, I could see great love for details.

This hotel is dreamy. Start by crossing a wooden bridge that will lead you to the reception area. Admire the surroundings, the trees, flowers, statues and water features. Our room was very spacious and quiet. A few meters away you'd find the swimming pool, perfect to relax in the afternoon after walking/cycling in Sukhothai. At night we would stay put and have dinner at the hotel's restaurant (where also breakfast is served in the mornings). The food was delicious and its presentation was picture perfect. The breakfast was amazing and the best way to start the day and give you energy to go sightseeing. Staff was kind, helpful and polite. We will definitely be going back.

Incredible hotel, brand new, luxurious style. Very-well finished everywhere, with good taste, and very clean. The swimming pool is amazing and offers at sunset a wonderful view towards the mountains. A convenient restaurant is available on site for fair prices. The breakfast included in the morning is very good and offers salty thai and continental food, toasts and fresh fruits. The service was also extremely good. It's a family built and managed business, offering therefore a very high attention to the guests and a very cozy and familial atmosphere. The daughter Aun welcomed us and took care of everything during our stay. The hotel opened just one month ago, hence some services are not operational yet. I don't understand the people complaining about the unavailability of some services, the owners are very kind and are starting something very nice and charming. We should support the initiative. Rooms, amenities, and service are of a top-quality price with a unique family spirit, and the daughter showed a lot of attention and responsiveness to all our requests. Only the localisation is 3/4 since it's hard to reach the old city center/market without bike or motorbike, but at least this hotel is in the area of Old Sukhothai which is already a huge plus compared to New Sukhothai. They picked us up for free at the Old Sukhothai bus station when we arrived and dropped us at our departure. Then, we rented mountain bikes directly at the hotel for 40 baths per person per day and reached the first historical monuments in a few minutes. Highly recommended. I would not hesitate to come back. Thank you again Aun.

Amazing place! I strongly recommend. The staff is super friendly, the place is central. There are free bikes in the property which you can take and see around. Breakfast was amazing and rich. Very delicious. The place is clean and comfortable.

We stayed at Le Charme Sukhothai and truly enjoyed the experience. The hotel has a very peaceful atmosphere, surrounded by greenery, with a lovely swimming pool and spacious, comfortable rooms. The location is a big highlight: it’s very close to Sukhothai Historical Park, which makes it extremely convenient to visit the temples early and enjoy them at a quieter time. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, always ready to assist with information, transportation and local tips. Breakfast was well served with a good selection, and the hotel restaurant is also a great option for dinner after a day of exploring. Overall, it was a very comfortable and relaxing stay — we would definitely come back!

P'Dtai and his wife were very kind and accommodating. He gave me a bicycle (free of charge) to use for the week I stayed there, making it easy for me to bike around and enjoy the sublime ruins of Si Satchanalai. He helped me with everything I needed help with. The room is comfy and Navy is close to the historical park. There are markets on different days of the week in the surrounding area, as well as 7/11s etc., but definitely guests need wheels (either bicycle, scooter or car). All the amenities at Navy met my expectations and I look forward to staying there again. Thank you so much 🙏 ขอบคุณครับ
