fabulous location, loved the bungalows, we were a family of 5 and really loved the pool, with the jets and fountains. 41C while we were in Sukhothai and we hired the bikes 50 baht each per day and cycled the short ride to the historical park for two days. staff were amazingly helpful with impeccable English and always available and helpful. they helped us arrange a different trip to Chao Ram caves to see the millions of bats leave to feed. they also helped arrange a minivan to take us down to Bangkok on the last day. loved this stat and highly recommend. we were there during Songkran festival (water festival) and had a blast with the locals.

This is the most amazing place to stay!!! It's a an art gallery, beautifully decorated with some very interesting pieces of art. The room was seriously big, comfortable, water and coffee provided. The location is superb!!! Only a short bike ride from the historical park. The bike was provided by my host and Loi Krathong was in full swing while I was there. What an amazing experience to be part of this festival among thousands of people celebrating! The bike was also nice to get away from the crowds every now and then and explore the surrounding area. The owners were absolutely amazing! Very quick to respond to messages in the booking.com app, which made communication very easy. Also handy as a translation app ;) Very helpful also with regards to my onward travels: urging me to get my bus ticket 3 days in advance (very sensible advise!) and even going out of their way when I could not find accommodation in my next location. They used their powers to find me one and even advanced the required down payment for me. Wow! All in all a great experience in a very special place during a very special time!

P'Dtai and his wife were very kind and accommodating. He gave me a bicycle (free of charge) to use for the week I stayed there, making it easy for me to bike around and enjoy the sublime ruins of Si Satchanalai. He helped me with everything I needed help with. The room is comfy and Navy is close to the historical park. There are markets on different days of the week in the surrounding area, as well as 7/11s etc., but definitely guests need wheels (either bicycle, scooter or car). All the amenities at Navy met my expectations and I look forward to staying there again. Thank you so much 🙏 ขอบคุณครับ

We loved this small boutique hotel.. its totally hidden from the outside. Its a loft style room, where we had a large bed on the top of the loft and bottom floor two single beds. Front room where we can unload our luggage. The main room had a dresser and a fridge and coffee station and storage. The bathroom was very spacious. The property had a cafe at the back which was quite lovely like a Barista and we could order any kind of coffee. They also had pastries. The breakfast was great, mixture of western and eastern food. We also had lunch here once and it was really good. The hotel has a lovely pool as the hotel has a fitness centre, which we didnt use. The staff were so lovely - they were all young, some could speak English and some couldnt and we used our language app to communicate. They arranged tuktuk for our day trips and dinner. We went to a lovely place recommended by the staff to try Sukothai noodles - it was so good. 7/11 is across the street so you can any supplies. The main attraction - the ancient city is about 40 minutes away, and it was arranged by the staff. The tuktuk driver was so nice, he took us all over the ancient city. This ancient city is a must as many dont visit here. Its a must if you want to understand Thailand's history. It will be a long day as many of the sites are all over the city, if you can do the main site, which will take you most of the day (walking around all the ruins) and seeing one of the large Buddha statues outside the main area, we were very happy with. This hotel is so lovely, it was written about in a in-flight travel magazine and we were pleasantly happy and surprised as they deserve all the accolades as they are lovely people. We highly recommend this tiny boutique hotel. Second night we walked closer to the main bridge and found a bar where all the expats hang out and found a food hall next to it and ordered food and ate on the street with plastic stools.. we have such good memories of this magical place.

Wonderfully clean, crisp air conditioning, great WiFi, really comfortable bed, clean sheets and bedding and a fantastic swimming pool that was very well maintained, we even had extra towels for the pool in our room. Bicycle hire is available from the sister hotel a couple of minutes walk from here. We used the bicycles to explore Sukhothai and didn't have any issues. We'd love to have stayed here a few days longer, but our schedule wouldn't allow it.

Sukhotai is a lovely stop for any traveller going through that part of Thailand but if you're in a hurry I would only stick to one night there. It can be done in a full day. I would still recommend it as it was a very serene place which I thoroughly enjoyed.

Amazing place.

Amazing place. We arrived at 6:30 am (opening time) and had the place to ourselves! We were back before breakfast closed at 10:00. Visiting in the evening is also highly recommended. Mid-day is hot. I recommend staying near the historic site and riding bicycles (for rent and very inexpensive). We never went to New Sukhothai. We also took a day to visit Si Satchanalai (part of the UNESCO world heritage site) about an hour north. Very worthwhile!

Only need one day to see everything/ Slight pain to get there from the Phitsandulok train station as no accurate timetables. Don't believe the first thing you read on the Internet. Keep researching.
