P'Dtai and his wife were very kind and accommodating. He gave me a bicycle (free of charge) to use for the week I stayed there, making it easy for me to bike around and enjoy the sublime ruins of Si Satchanalai. He helped me with everything I needed help with. The room is comfy and Navy is close to the historical park. There are markets on different days of the week in the surrounding area, as well as 7/11s etc., but definitely guests need wheels (either bicycle, scooter or car). All the amenities at Navy met my expectations and I look forward to staying there again. Thank you so much 🙏 ขอบคุณครับ

Room very clean and well appointed. Large size and good facilities - shower tea making etc. All rooms have a balcony/ sitting area overlooking garden and pool. pool clean, not too much chlorine and a good size to swim. Nice gardens . C lose to good restaurants and an easy walk to Historical park ( around 15 minutes). Hotel rents good enough bikes for 50 baht for 24 hours. Breakfast was good enough for a few days as only small changes daily but reasonable mix of Thai and western options.

The architecture Thai style, all the rooms are on ground floor and are surrounded by green vegetation. A very peaceful place. The position very convenient, quite close to the Archeological Park .

Only need one day to see everything/ Slight pain to get there from the Phitsandulok train station as no accurate timetables. Don't believe the first thing you read on the Internet. Keep researching.

Better done as a day flight from Bangkok. Cycling around the historical park is fun but could be done in 2 hours or even less. You don’t need a guide. I wish I had researched restaurants before going. The ones outside the park are okay anyhow.

Historic but somewhat off the beaten path. Phum Phor was favorite place to eat--great food, beautiful location and they offer a free tuktuk service to your hotel or nearby locations (museums) if needed.
