From the moment we got there we felt welcomed. The guard guided us into parking and was so polite and helpful. The reception staff were all smiles and helpful. The room was spotless and had all amenities. The bed was super comfortable. The restaurant was great with a good menu and manager was very attentive.

Everything. Absolutely perfect. I stayed here for about 2 weeks, extending my stay multiple times while my health was recovering. The rooms are cosy and comfortable, the bed is soft and comfortable, great soft, new, thick towels, great shower and hot water with good water pressure, huge smart flat screen TV (I didn’t watch it, but it had YouTube, etc), a good sized table to eat on with comfortable chairs, fridge, and everything else you need to feel at home. Spotlessly clean. Location is perfect. If you’re tired you can easily order Grab or Line food delivery directly to your door as the rooms are all at ground level. Great AC. Lovely people working here; English isn’t spoken (or maybe some staff do) but this place is managed so well that you probably never need to ask for anything. You can use Google Translate if you need to and they’ll be glad to help. Daily cleaning whenever needed. I love how they replenish the tea/coffee/water etc daily without disturbing you if you put the ‘do not disturb’ sign on your door during cleaning times - they just leave it outside for you. They have an amazing way of managing this hotel to make you feel at home.

The environment of this hotel is very good and the price is very cheap. The hotel is equipped with large balcony floor-to-ceiling windows, I can sit on the balcony drinking coffee and watching the scenery. The hotel is also equipped with a washing machine (requires 40 baht), and a leisure area. I love this hotel. I didn't see a rental motorcycle near the hotel, but I can use the grab call car. There is a night market about 2 km nearby. The night market has a lot of delicious food and the price is super cheap. When I finish eating at the night market, I can walk back to the hotel slowly. The waiters in the hotel are very nice. I like this hotel very much. If I have the opportunity to travel to this city again in the future. I will definitely choose this hotel again.

The ambience of this property was wonderful. I found myself sitting outside my room for hours taking in the lovely garden. The staff members were very kind, friendly and did a great job in keeping the resort clean. The owner, Boom, bends over backwards to make your stay comfortable and happy. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Surin, Thailand.

Elephant Festival arrive day before to see elephant parade and them having breakfast. If elephants were your main reason then see the daytime show in the stadium as evening show was mostly thai folk dancing with a few token elephants
