Absolutely beautiful ! Rooms were clean and comfortable, balcony was spacious. It has everything one would need. The pool and the garden were very nice too, it makes you forget you are in a city ! Also, the rooftop is a must go ! Wonderful view over Mt Meru

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect, but what makes this place truly special is its staff. They were greeted with genuine kindness from the moment we arrived. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we wanted for nothing. We felt right at home! The food was delicious and full of flavor. Venus is a very good hotel, although we stayed only one night, The Staff in the hotel were very welcoming, the room was spacious and the bed was good too WIFI in was very good, everything was convenient for us, the chef was in the restaurant exceptionally very good he made a very good dinner for us and breakfast. Would always like to return.

Well located. Rooms really clean and comfortable.comfortable lounge areas and a bar. But it was the staff who made it such a special stay. They were all so kind and friendly and went out of their way to offer any assistance. Even organised some day trips with an excellent guide. Nothing was too much trouble.

Pleasant setting in a wide garden (we received a bungalow upon request, that was further away from the a bit noisy street that is seperated through a higher wall from the setting). Pool pleasant and garden nice for setting. Bungalow large. Good breakfast buffet.

We hired our Tulia Retreat Hotel driver for pm to visit the awesome African Art Gallery/store (min. 2 hrs.), the Coffee Lodge Disabled artists workshops/store (1 hr.) and a local Arusha coffee farm tour (min. 1-1/2 to 2 hrs.). Can highly recommend all three but need plenty of time to fully explore the African Art Gallery as there are so many floors with multiple sections as well as an extensive outdoor sculture garden.

I liked the customer care service by the management.It was not far from Arusha town. I enjoyed the Bajaj ride with the many thousands in Tanzania shillings. We had gone for dyslexia talent show and on requesting bolt a bajaj was there pap. We net with other Kenyans and it was all fun. For exchange of currency,one can use withdraw cash via ATM using Visa enabled atm card. It is wise to have a vodacom line Wifi was not stable and communication home was only via whatsapp.

Arusha is an excellent tourist town full of many things to...

Arusha is an excellent tourist town full of many things to do. My recommendations would be to visit 1) The cultural heritage center which is free of charge. 2) Lake Duluti which has and excellent view of Mt. Meru. We paid an entrance fee of TSH 3000 for a nature walk along the Tanzanian Forest Reserve along Lake Duluti. A boat ride costs TSHS 80,000 for the big boat. 3) Ngare Serro Lodge which has an entrance fee of TSH 50,000 and you can do activities such as horse ride, boat ride on the USA river etc. 4) Hike Mt. Meru
