Lovely hotel overlooking Mount Meru. Room was modern, spacious, and well equipped with all essentials. The staff throughout the hotel were professional, friendly and extremely helpful. The included breakfasts at the rooftop resturant was good. I will recommend having dinner there as well. They make fresh homemade pasta from scratch and tasty burgers. The gym at this hotel is one of the best gym I been to in Arusha. Amazing facilities, top equipment and great environment. I will highly recommend trying a session with Abu Quintine that works there. He is a knowledgeable instructor that offers sessions within fitness and martial arts. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who want to go to Arusha. Will be back to this place soon!

Great location, nice facilities and friendly staff always happy to help.

Very close to the airport perfect for an early flight in the morning. Accommodation felt very private even though there were many other huts around you. Breakfast in the morning was great with attentive and kind staff.

The staff was very kind and the breakfast was very good. We enjoyed our breakfast on the garden patio. The rooms facing the garden are quiet and with large balcony. The rooms are also quite large and comfy. We slept good. The location is very central and we walked to the Central market and the downtown area.

I loved the value for money. Great bed, everything is new. Great customer service, delicious breakfast. Only con is, it's bit harder to find.

We reached quite late due to a delay in our local flight from Dar es Salaam to Kilimanjaro (Air Tanzania). So we only showed up to sleep for a few hours. The staff was so sweet, especially the breakfast servers.

Todo excepcional !!!! The receptionist Beatriz , the cheff superbe. Evrrything was......fantastic.!!!! Iwas very sorry not to stay more days. Super recommended.

Joseph, the manager, was exceptional. Not only was he super-friendly and -welcoming, but he went above and beyond to help us make our stay more comfortable. The hotel is in a quiet area of the city, but close to several small convenience stores making it easy to buy supplies. Very comfortable rooms and dining area, with a nice swimming pool.

The hotel is very central place in Arusha. The breakfast was perfect and we had our dinner also at the restaurant, that was also delicious. The staff was very kind but we stayed speechless with the woman at the reception called Veronica. She helped us so much with a health problem as a real friend would do. Moreover she arranged for us the transportation from hotel to the hospital and to the Kilimanjaro airport. Veronica, we will forget what you did for us. Thank you for everything!

Hidden Germ-very peaceful and calm.

Ooh the view from my window was spectacular especially of Mt Kilimanjaro, when the cloud cleared! The hotel is very nice with a lift in a fabulous location of Arusha, surrounded by shops, the market, restaurants and the bus station. The dining room is open all day from breakfast to dinner and all the meals were fabulous. The staff were always very welcoming and friendly.

The people are great and customer care is top notch!

I was greeted with friendly staff who assisted with luggage and provided a refreshment towel and freshly squeezed orange juice. All of the staff were very knowledgeable and polite, and the food and coffee were amazing.

Staff were fantastic and so welcoming. Even arranged for a massage to be done in our room. Size of rooms are enormous! Really lovely. Also the pool was the cleanest pool I have ever seen.

We loved the spaciousness at this hotel, the pool and food. Cassim the bartender stood out but all the staff were so friendly.

I liked the commitment of the staff members. The kitchen staff were always receptive, and so was the lady at the main reception. Their customer care is very good.
